Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture and I love the deep dark vivid colors. I play a lot of video games on it and when it's in game mode the refresh rate and picture quality are balanced to give the person playing a great picture. I love the this TV.

Good tv but definitely could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the primary tv in the living room. Used for streaming and gaming. It's been a good tv but could be improved with a brightness setting. Some movies and tv shows are too dark to even see what's going on. You have to rely on the sound to piece together the parts you can't see. I played the same tv show on the tv and my tablet once just to see what I was missing.

Hi Klukes, It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your AU8000 TV’s picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. I recommend using Dynamic Picture Mode which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. Excellent Product!!!

They make such high-quality products that last a long time. I primarily use my TV for movies and shows and it has an incredible picture. I've also used it for gaming and the motion is seamless and helps to provide a next-level experience. Do yourself a favor and buy a Samsung for your next tv.

Amazing TV!

Great value and will keep it until it dies!

This product Is worth to buy.

Easy to navigate using the Alexa remote control.I love the features of its colors and hue it makes me feel I'm in the theater while watching inside our room. For the apps it already available. I don't need the cable box, wifi connection is enough to enjoy watching. From the moment we bought this TV where not the only one would like to buy it. We meet the other buyer who's looking for the same brand. We're curious about it that's why we ask the couple why do they like to buy it too? They told us it is the number 1 as in top 1 best seller and top on the list if your buying a flat screen TV with all functional. It is so amazing to know about this TV. As we use it, no wonder why they like it because there's a voice command remote just in case you don't need to find thing immediately. It is so convenient to use this. Samsung has a lot of TV to choose from. Thank you so much Samsung.

Great Picture

very pleased with the tv set. 43 inch is as big as i could fit in the area where it is. sound is ok, but i bought a samsung hw-a50m sound bar. it was inexpensive, but the sound is very good. my only complaint is the instructions for the remote control. it took a call to the samsung people to get how to go the the settings menu. remote is not very intuitive. overall, i'm pleased with everything.

Fantastic!! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tv has added the excitement back to movie night and sports events! The streaming is flawless and the picture is outstanding! Gaming is also very clear and seems to keep up well for my gaming needs. I've also added The Samsung surround system and it completed the theater experience. Cold nights by the fire are now filled with cozy entertainment like never before! Great product! Will continue to purchase Samsung products from here on!!

Gun shy

Considering I have only had this tv for less than a year, I will reserve judgement, as my last Samsung died on me 2 days after the warranty expired! I will turn it on sometimes and I have no sound and I have to go through all the features to get it to work!

Excellent TV with an even better price!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit hesitant going with a Samsung TV. In the past I have always gone with Vizio being concerned more about price than quality. I definitely made the right choice the picture is excellent, the price is great, and when streaming or casting I have not run into one problem the entire time. The only issue I have and it's not really an issue so to speak, is the LA k of an info button on the remote. I like to see what resolution and audio format my content is being shown in. So like I said not much of a complaint.
