I will say I'm not used to the sing song when it done but it's nice actually, because I can check to make sure all is dried and if not run a shorter cycle on it. Just like the washer, this also has a fast dry cycle, really convenient too when in a crunch and you need it vs waiting an hour. I do like the filter check, something to get used to for sure. The wrinkle release and damp dry is something I'll use quite often, more so with heavier clothier and comforters.

Nightmare! You would think buying a new dryer wouldn't have any issues on the First day of use. Wrong! We are day 1 and So far the dryer shuts off at will 3 minutes into a cycle. This dryer was professionally installed by Samsung also. I'm just sick over this! I even traded in my old working dryer because I wanted a matching washer with dryer. I am so disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to upgrade an older set, my last dryer was 10 years old and starting to show its age. This new dryer is so much nicer than my old one. I like the fact that there are indicator lights rather than a bunch of dials. Being able to control the heat level is great for different types of loads. Having the option to use the sensor or a timed dry is nice, I mostly use the sensor dry but for bulky items, I find that timed dry works better. I think the controls were easy to figure out. It even makes video game like noises when adjusting your settings and even plays a song when the load is done drying, which I thought was unique, much better than a loud buzzer. Finally, I like that the lint trap has a little snap to keep the lint in place when you take the trap to empty it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, our dryer is located in a very interesting spot so being able to choose which way we wanted the door opening was amazing. We are a big family so the 8 preset drying cycles works very well for our family. The sensor dry technology optimizes our drying time and saves us money on our energy bill. The sensor dry has saved some of our smaller blankets. Our old dryer would occasionally “burn” and damage some of our blankets due to too much heat, but with the sensor dry it does not happen anymore. Because of this, we pretty much use the normal dry setting of the sensor dry. It has been a money saver for our blankets. My wife also loves that there is a lint filter indicator that reminds us when to change the lint filter. This dryer is huge…7.2 cubic feet capacity allows us to dry even more towels at once and we need less loads to do them all. I would highly recommend this dryer to everybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung 7.2-cu ft Electric Dryer. It has a great control panel with lots of drying options. It offers 8 preset drying cycles and 4 temperature levels to suit your laundry needs. The control panel is easy to read and has LED indicator lights. My favorite is the Sensor Dry! This is helps me not over dry my delicate work clothes. It has a huge drying tub (7,2 cu) so my sheets and blankets and loads of jeans and towels fit and dry very well. I do not have to run the dry cycle more than once. Another feature I like is the lint filter indicator light letting me know when it is full and reminding me to empty. It plays a wonderful tune medley when the dryer is finished which is so much better than an annoying buzzer.

I bought this dryer over a month ago. The first delivery attempt the delivery company. RXO. brought a damaged dryer. Finally today the product (Samsung 7.2 cu ft Electric Dryer w/Sensor Dry) arrived. After installation I discovered that the dryer doesn't even have a drum light. Wha??? It's like a dark hole that you can barely see inside. Buyer beware. Such a disappointing experience all the way around. I will NEVER buy appliances through SAMs ever again. I will be surprised if it lasts longer than 5 years. Don't waste your time or money. I placed my order May 1st, and finally finished getting the dryer today. There were so many cancelled delivery dates the night before it was due to be delivered. I'd have to take time to reschedule and it would be cancelled again. Too much trouble. Lesson learned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this dryer! I can fit large loads of laundry or bedding and it dries very quickly. There are many options you can choose from, sensor dry that detects the amount of moisture or timed dry that lets you pick the amount of time you need. Also has low, medium or high heat which is a great feature for clothes and bedding you do not want to shrink. Another feature that is cool is music tone that plays at the end of cycle. I am very impressed with how quickly it can dry large amounts of clothes, even blue jeans come out dry in a short amount of time. The door can also be changed to swing to the right or left depending on your needs. I did not realize that until after I had it installed so I ended up switching the washer and dryer placement which was not a big deal. One negative feature is the drum inside the dryer is very dark and there is no light so it makes it very hard to see the clothes inside. I ended up putting a flashlight by the dryer to make sure I didn't leave any behind. If they made the inside drum a lighter color and added a light it would be a perfect dryer! I would definitely recommend this dryer! Attached is a photo of the old set and the new set. Looks so much better with the new set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the automatic sensor dry feature. You load your clothes, based on how wet they are, this dryer circulates for the necessary time. This is a very good feature for those that don't know what to select. Just select very dry, more dry, normal dry or damp dry. Easy does it. Very user friendly and I like the sound it makes when it's done. Well done Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dryer offers drying at half the time. I am able to put in twice the amount of clothes as compared to my previous dryer. The lint trap offers a trap door for quick and easy lint release. I cannot live without the wrinkle release setting! I toss my wrinkled clothes in there in the morning for a few minutes and come back to a wrinkle free outfit! We use the wrinkle release setting at least once a day. Sensor Dry technology takes away any worry when it comes to scorching clothes but it also ensures I am not left with damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Samsung has taken the guesswork out of laundry time! I am very happy with my new Samsung dryer and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make laundry a little easier and less time consuming!

My brand new not more than 25 hours old dryer is defective! There was insulation fibers coming out of the drum and the light didn't work which led me to seeing the fibers all around the drum! Yes, they made the exchange easy so far, but I now haven't had a dryer for a week so by the time they deliver next Wednesday, it'll be 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and frankly scared the same issue will happen with the new one. I truly hope this all works out becuase I have many other products from Samsung and they all are stellar. I just can't believe there isn't better quality control and this unit made it off the assembly line.
