[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works great! It has a large tub and many great features. It is very user friendly. I love that it has moisture sensor drying options and timed drying options. It dries my clothes very well. The sensor drying and timed options helps protect my clothing from heat damage. You can also select what temperature to dry your clothes on. It also plays a nice little tune to alert you when your cycle is complete. The dryer comes with a child lock that you have to active to alert you if its opened while in use. The filter is very easy to access and clean because it is located on the bottom inside when you open the door. Another great thing about the dryer is that you can select which way the door opens! You can always change how it opens later if needed.

The washer handles a large load to wash, and the dryer is equally large and efficient at drying. I love how big the space is, and how easy it is to get clothes in and out. It dries much faster than my previous dryer, and dries about double as many clothes. The setting are simple and easy to adjust based on the loads you are drying. I really appreciate the sensor dry settings, so I don't have to keep restarting loads. It takes all the guess work out of it! If you still want some manual control, they have timed settings with several time choices to choose from. Either way, very easy to get started. The lint trap is right in front on the inside and has a catch that collects the lint, vs. it going all over the place when you pull it out (as many of my previous dryers have done). This dryer is such a great compliment to the Samsung Top Loading washer, easy to use and enough capacity to fit large loads of bedding, towels, or whatever you can throw at it!

Here are some of its features that have converted me into loving laundry day: Sensor Dry: I just love that this dryer takes the guess work out of laundry. This sensor dry feature automatically optimizes both dryer time and temperature. No more laundry mishaps- otherwise known as shrinking. Flexible Open: Can you believe that I never knew you could switch the direction of the dryer door? This feature makes such a difference- I was able to change the direction of the door in under 30 minutes. It’s the little things, right? 7.2 Cu. Ft. Capacity: Paired with the 4.1 cu. ft. washer, this laundry set eliminates runs to the laundromat for larger items like bedding and towels- and this saves me valuable time and money. 8 Preset Drying Options: These preset cycles take the guess work out of laundry. Seriously, who even needs a manual when Samsung creates the perfect cycle options? Lint Filter Indicator: While I always try to remember to change the filter after each use, the lint filter indicator light is a helpful reminder. Cons? None- we love everything from the design, finish, and features. With a busy household, we really appreciate all the little details that make this the perfect dryer for us! Samsung truly is the most innovative appliance brand and clearly listens to their consumers- love, love, love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to upgrade an older set, my last dryer was 10 years old and starting to show its age. This new dryer is so much nicer than my old one. I like the fact that there are indicator lights rather than a bunch of dials. Being able to control the heat level is great for different types of loads. Having the option to use the sensor or a timed dry is nice, I mostly use the sensor dry but for bulky items, I find that timed dry works better. I think the controls were easy to figure out. It even makes video game like noises when adjusting your settings and even plays a song when the load is done drying, which I thought was unique, much better than a loud buzzer. Finally, I like that the lint trap has a little snap to keep the lint in place when you take the trap to empty it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the best dryer I have ever owned. It is super quiet, it dries evenly, and it dries quickly! It has multiple settings and is easy to use. I use the normal dry cycle and it has worked perfectly. I have actually been able to dry my clothes in almost half the time time it took in my old dryer. It is also large capacity so less drying loads. The door has a child lock that turns on while drying or you can set it while it isn't on with a hold of a button. You can also reverse the door to make it easier to use. At the end of the drying cycle it even plays you a little song to let you know it is finished. This is so nice compared to the loud multiple beeps my last dryer made!

While we always try to remember to change the filter after each dryer use, this dryer has a lint filter indicator light to give us a reminder- much appreciated! The settings and options are easy to adjust and it is just a very intuitive drier to use. I had it installed and was using it right away. Love the sensor dry feature! The 8 preset drying cycles works perfect for the verity of things we have. The sensor dry technology optimizes our drying time and saves us money on our energy bill. You can literally set it and forget it! The 7.2 cubic feet capacity allows us to dry sheets and comforters at the same time. Awesome purchase! Would highly recommend it!

Well opportunity presented itself with this set so we bought it. We love it. I like that it senses when clothes are dry, which was new to me. I haven't had much to really go thru all the settings since I've been planning wedding stuff and just got married last weekend, so it's been hectic. The only complaint we all had was that it doesn't have a light in the dryer to see what's in it. Other than that, its quiet so huge plus since it's backed up to a bedroom. Since I posted this prior, we've used more options on the dryer. We like the sensor where it'll notify us at least 80% done to grab smaller dried clothes out so it can finish drying the other items. Perfect for jeans and heavier bulkier items to dry with less stuff in the dryer. Now the main feature we all love is the quick dry. Using the quick wash and it takes 15 min we love the quick dry as well. This is perfect when we forget to wash something, kids events and need it quickly. While we're getting ready, showered and stuff, this is the perfect one to use to ensure clothes are dry in a timely manner. The reversible dryer door would be convenient if needed to switch locations and it's not able to open up with the standard opening. The new feature to me that others didn't have was the lint trap notification when it needs to be checked. We do check this on every cycle but it's a good thing to have for those that don't.

Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung Dryer did both those things and more. With all the laundry that I do for my family. I need a simple, easy to use dryer, with enough capacity to minimize my loads. This washer checks all those boxes for me. While the capacity of the washer satisfies all my needs, the washer itself takes up far less room than my previous washer, leaving me plenty of room around it in the laundry room. One bonus we didn't realize we were getting when we purchased this washer was that it has a reversible door. Our laundry room is configured to have the dryer on the left of the washer. With most dryers opening to the right, that makes it very inconvenient when transferring laundry from washer to dyer. With a few simple steps, we switched the door and now it opens the other way. An amazing feature, more dryers do not have. It's also super quiet, which is a huge bonus I wasn't expecting.
