I got 2 Tv that have fire stick and 4 with Roku. Roku is the easiest to work and loaded quickly. I’ve upgraded 3 of them with the 4k sticks. It has a great picture. My smart TV will freeze up in the sports but not on the Roku. I installed with the smart TV.

I enjoy Roku and all the apps it offers. The variety available one Roku if pretty great. Much better than paying high prices for cable services that provide no service. If I were to change anything on Roku, it would be to make a larger remote. My hubby has big hands and is always hitting wrong buttons.

Bought a streaming stick 4k twice in one week. Hate Google's wolf-in-sheep's-clothing tyrannical ways and have had good luck with previous Rokus. Remote seemed to pair and worked slightly but then would be unresponsive. Couldn't even get through typing in my wifi password without having to unplug and plug back in. This happened twice. Once password in finally, streamed a bit and remote become sluggish before long. Bought a second one and it is immediately sluggish. Picked my network but then entirely unresponsive when tried to type in password. So gave up and reboxed. I'm quite surprised. Then plugged in old roku and am getting content protection errors and tv "not seeing" my hdmi cable. Hope it's not related. Not sure what to do, as there is ZERO percent I will use chromecast or apple streamers.

I have 2 of these and they both did the same thing. You can not leave them plugged in or it will destroy them. Many an evenings entertainment interrupted while I have to setup the XBox or another streamer to finish a show. Now have an AppleTV and it never has a problem. My old Roku HD Express never had a problem but I wasted too much money on this 4k stick.

It is so fun to be able to come home from work and spend hours watching my favorite comedies. I used to watch my tablet when I wanted to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. so I’ve already been paying for subscriptions, but now I can watch on my tv instead. It was very easy and quick to set up and I love having so many options so I never get bored. Even if you only want to pay to subscribe to 2 or 3 apps, you’ll still have a lot of options.

I was amazed at how many channels I could view for free. The video quality is awesome. I downloaded all of my local channel apps and don’t have to worry about dish network canceling networks. I have 4 tv’s in my house and two Roku sticks are in the guest rooms. I like the ability to limit guest access to add and pay channels. The remotes are simple and the app is very useful.

We have a Roku streaming stick connected to every TV in our home. It has proven to be very reliable and the Live Stream TV included beats the live streaming we have on our so-called "smart TV's". I have referred friends to buy a Roku and they have been very pleased with their purchases. The best part is that customer service is superb - you can get a live person to speak with!

Works great and is a viable option instead of FireStick. Don't like some of the button placement and the fact that you cannot re-program the Netflix, Paramount, etc. buttons for other channels. Other than these minor complaints I'm quite pleased. Would recommend if you don't like FireStick or Apple.

GOOD PRODUCT, 4 VS 5 STARS BECAUSE THIS IS ABOUT THE THIRD TIME I PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, AFTER A FEW MONTHS IT APPEARS TO SLOW DOWN IN SYSTEM, FREQUENTLY OVERHEATS. MIGHT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH CERTAIN STREAMING CHANNELS BECAUSE OVERHEATING IS NOT UNIVERSAL

I've owned several units over the last 4-5 years. While they work, they are awesome but I've found they tend to die after 12-18 months. I tried to get around this be spending more and buying the Ultra unit only to have it flake out before 12 months were up. Now I just buy their cheapest unit and accept I'm going to have to buy another one in less that 2 years. I do like the service while it's working, hence not switching to another brand.
