The capability of this device is excellent however after 2 weeks of use I began having a problem. The picture darkened after 30 seconds on the same show. Switching to other apps had the same results. I switched to another Roku player and the setup worked fine. I’m returning the device.

My newest stick is replacing an old one that stopped working. It has only one drawback, the volume switches don't quite function properly. If I press down, the volume might go down and then come back up. It could be my old television.😂😂. I enjoy using the Roku stuck because I can view highlights of NFL games and watch lions, hyenas, elephants, cheetahs or watch a comedy or a movie. So many choices for the price of the stock without paying more money for subscriptions.

On the whole the product is very good, but i have had a few minor problems with it. I have not been able to get it ti initialize to my tv even though I tried numerous times and ways. Also sertain apps that I have perchased refuse to load. Both are minor problems. Other than that, It is working up to expectations and quality.

I had my Roku Ultra for the past 3 years and still woks flawlessly. I found a Roku soundbar dumped on the street months ago, took it home and it works. My daughter uses it in her bedroom and the sound is powerful. Found another Roku, the 4K+ stick from a neighbors recycling stash yesterday and took it home and connected it, still works. Got 2 free Roku players in a year!

Over all it’s fabulous, only complaint being that there is a massive amount of disturbing advertising on all the available apps. Sure one could pay to get rid of them and the amount is not prohibitive but as I still have to keep my Spectrum account and that is not cheap adding these add blockers will start adding up. Still so far I love it….

I wished I would have gotten one of these sooner and really wish I had more Wi-Fi availability unfortunately I do not have home internet so I need to use mobile device but it works fantastic with my mobile and I definitely would recommend you make the investment take the time to learn about it a bit pretty self-explanatory and the directions are very very helpful and make it possible for even me so you can do it and enjoy

I had issues with the wifi reach on the ROKU express. The wifi range on the 4k stick is amazing. Solved that issue, however once some streaming apps the voices do not match the mouth movements and slightly out of sync. I have tried to adjust audio settings, but this still occurs only on some shows within certain apps.

I bought 2 of these sticks for 2 TVs. One was a Roku TV so it really wasn’t needed. However the TV that wasn’t Roku, the stick worked great! It provided additional options, all in one place. I enjoy the stick and recommend it if you don’t already have a Roku TV.

Nothing can be easier or have more options for downloading apps than Roku. Other streaming devices don't allow you to individually download apps. Set up is easy and once you have a account adding other Roku devices is as easy as logging in. I have been using Roku for years and have bought them as gifts for family members. I highly recommend.

I contacted Roku due to issues with streaming. The response was “ it is your internet”. I asked if it was the Roku unit I was using— small white unit, I was told that wasn’t the problem. I didn’t believe it & took a chance Purchasing the stick. It solved the problem—works great.
