Have several types of Roku for several years now So far all work well. Needed help with one remote. Customer service was very good.

It took me a while to get it to connect but once I did, I've enjoyed the voice feature of the remote.

This device is much faster in loading and the quality of streaming is so much better than my previous Roku stick
