Since purchase, had to reset several times. Would suggest using the old style small box, much more reliable and less stress and frustration

Roku kept going down and I had to reboot many times. I took the Roku off the set and put it back in the box

The new stick is fine but the mute button needs to be moved, I am constantly hitting it when I pick up the remote,

I bought this just over a month ago and it’s already broken and there’s no way to get support to fix it.

We’re glad we purchased them It takes some getting used to but a lot cheaper than paying what we paid before

This was a gift from my daughter. It works just fine for the features it was designed for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t pair with my sound system.

Love our new Roku Streaming Stick 4K because it's so easy to use and navigate. The voice command option is fantastic and saves a lot of stress!

I don’t like the fact that I am asked to subscribe to apps and they ask for a tv provider. Since ROKU is not a provider, it leads to a dead end!

Love Roku Streaming stick. I have one on 3 TVs in my home. More content to watch than I will ever get to! Saves me so much money. Thanks Roku
