We have purchased 2 of these. Both have issues with the volume control/mute buttons. Sometimes they work; sometimes they don't.

I have the remote without numbers. My major complaint is the same comersals on a chanel hour after hour & day after day..

I have had this for about a month now and the streaming quality is unparalleled. Amazing picture quality. Easy to set up and power.

Works well under al conditions, including "slow" internet connection. Great product, well priced in the market place.
