Almost every time I pick up the stick I mute the sound. Put the friggin mute button in a less accessible spot.

Constantly loses connection to the internet. I have to reset the Roku at least three times a day and I have great internet service.

I enjoy time chilling watching movies and TV shows on all the different apps on roku Easy to use and control the volume and turn TV on and off.

The Roku 4K sticks are a very useful device for us….our favorite part is taking it on the road with us when we travel!

The Roku was very easy to install and program. The apps are easy to navigate and subscribe/sign into.

Bought to use with Spectrum app. Have issues, but I think it is Spectrum, not Roku since it works great with MAX, Paramount+ and Netflix.

Love it only if came internet ready ! You all a should think of inventing one. If you don't have Internet it's worthless.

not a big fan of the UI, locks up and freezes randomly, turning off the TV does not reset the device.
