My old roku probably 5 years old + was not working good anymore. I had to unplug it quite often to reset it. The new one fired right up and is so much faster and has a better picture and I was amazed and happy!

My grandson installed this for me and helped me get started. I love that I can get other streaming services. Roku movies are not so good, too old. However, I am still trying to learn more about how to use it.

I've been a long time Roku user, and very happy with the platform! My previous Roku device - my second - lasted over 5 years. Then it began to overheat. So I replaced it - and my new Roku device is even better!

I have my Roku stick for several months and am really enjoying it. The only problem I have is that from time to time it locks and I have to press the reset button, but other than that it works as advertised.

This is my second purchase because I really like the units. Recommended that my cousin get one due to him not being able to see the football game I was watching on ESPN. I told him about the special and he said he would order two units.

When I heard about this product and all the great new features especially the 4k picture with Dolby vision and the up to 30% faster loading, I had to preorder and I'm so glad I did!

i will be getting rid of spectrum soon ,the prices keep going up and my grandson hooked up my roku and i love it, the movies are great and less commercials, i would reccomend it to everyone jan linke

Easy to use Easy format to understand. The only thing I would do differently is move the volume buttons to the left side of the remote. Everything else is great.

I've had extensive experience with Roku products before, and this new stick continues to add to the good reputation Roku has. It operates at a seamless speed and the picture is great.

Being a new customer to streaming, I wish I would have started 2 years ago. Roku was very easy to set up. Navigating through the channels and settings didn't take very long at all. Well worth the time.
