I have proved that the Streaming Stick 4K model 3820X2 is the problem. On a different TV when I turn the input to the HDMI port it says no connection immediately without any use of any remote. There is nothing wrong with the new remote.

My roku remote works great, I would recommend it to all my friends!! It is a great product I have roku TV also that I have had for a while, I just love it, I would recommend it over cab .le anyda

Added to Living Room TV and it is wonderful. Easy to install and even easier to use. Navigation through apps and addition of specific channels/apps are a breeze. Great quality and savings over cable is enormous.

We got our Roku as a gift form our daughter to replace our aging and frustrating Amazon Fire stick. Now our two daughters and us each now have our own Roku. It’s s family thing now!

Great product. Better offers then my cable box. Which still have and connected. Only having one issue with my roku that's drives me crazy. Other then that. I enjoy it.

Absolutely love the Roku stick. We take it on all our vacations. No need to remember to log out of any streaming services because it comes back with us. Can pick up where we left off at home since it's all connected.

I received this as a gift, and it has cut my monthly bill in half. I just pay for internet, and stream only the shows i want to watch, when I want to watch them.

Set up this new ROKU (my third so not new to ROKU) The TV comes on, apps appear but the remote will not work and can't find any help for it. I've changed the batteries and it WILL power the TV on and off but that's it. Help!

I absolutely love the streaming stick. We have an RV so it’s just easy to take it with us wherever we go might even invest in another one specifically for the RV.

Love love love Roku but just leaned that when I’m inside my TV provider AP, the Roku does not allow me to “speak” the channel I want. It always says “channel doesn’t exist”. Maybe someone can help me with that.
