Bought this for my 89 year old dad who didn’t want to pay cable bills anymore, and he loves it. He particularly likes the voice remote and all the channels, plus the picture is crystal clear.

I’ve had this for a few weeks now love it! Except that it will not control my hisense smart TV Other than that, I’m so happy I made this purchase!!!!

Roku is pretty easy to use. So much os straight forward and easy to find. The guide is part of the menu. The only thing I do not like is that it will times out.

Customer Service is non existant. I need to order a HDMI cable extender. Order form keeps telling me my serial number is incorrect and then just closes. Can't get help.

This is a really nice streaming solution with a bunch of free stuff. Remote works great, controls my tv, and I can take it with me camping or a hotel.

My old roku started having problems so purchased a new 4k and am very happy. Have used roku for close to ten years and have never been disappointed in how the stick works.

I bought a TCL google TV. I also own a high-end Sony OLED TV. Google OS on both. Google works great on the Sony but after a month the OS became slow and unstable on the TLC. I have used ROKU in the past, so I bought one for the TLC. Works great.

I actually have 2 ROKU TV’s and a ROKU stick for the third older TV. All of the products are awesome. My wife and I both watch repeatedly. The TV and movies line ups are awesome and we have had no problems with any of them.

A remote control to watch TV that is not backlit! ROKU does not make one single remote that is backlit. That says it all about how cheap this company is.

Roku stick is awesome, not sure why the cord connected to the usb stick is on top though. Over time it bends/weakens the wire. We have three and the way it plugs into each tv is the same. Cord goes up instead of down. Design flaw??
