I had to replace my Roku for my smart tv after almost 10'yrs of good service with my previous one. I decided to get the upgraded 4K model. My old one delivered great viewing but with this one the picture is crystal clear. Even more crisp than my old one. It is also voice activated which is a great feature. I am very pleased and highly recommend it.

The one I purchased right now is good so far the other one that I had purchased from you I guess it's one step down because it doesn't come with a cord and the plug lasts me about a week and a half. That's why this one did I purchased which was a little bit more came with the cord and a plug and all that good stuff which I guess you can say that verified the difference in the price that's why this one I got insurance on because luckily the last one was in worth to manufacture‘s warranty, which shouldn't take long so so far though I am happy with it.

We enjoy using the Roku streaming stick which gives us access to shows otherwise unavailable. The design is very convenient to install with the stick being totally behind our TV without having to have a separate power supply since we can use the USB port on the TV. I plan on having Roku devices installed on all our TV's.

The new Roku remote control is wonderfully simple to operate. I love it that instead of having to use 3 different remote controls to open Roku, i now use only 1 remote control to turn on the TV, find my favorite channel & control the volume. It even automatically turns the TV off when not in use after awhile.

For years, I have been a Roku Express owner. This holidays, I received a gift of a new TV and a Roku Streaming Stick 4k. This latest Roku version is impressive. Starting with the easy installation and the quality of the images and sound are amazing. Of course, the variety of streaming services available are exceptional making this purchase an excellent one.

Roku been the Pioneer for Streaming. Loyal customer since the begining. From Streamng devices, Sound Systems, TV's. Just love their product. Easy friendly, Price is very affordable. I wish they can move up to Home Appliences as well. "The Sky is The Limit"

Generally excellent service for several years. Somewhat regularly the power to the controller cuts out. I have to pull the batteries out and put them back in for it to function. My bedroom stick the controller went completely haywire without explanation and the stick and controller had to be replaced.

I wished I would have gotten one of these sooner and really wish I had more Wi-Fi availability unfortunately I do not have home internet so I need to use mobile device but it works fantastic with my mobile and I definitely would recommend you make the investment take the time to learn about it a bit pretty self-explanatory and the directions are very very helpful and make it possible for even me so you can do it and enjoy

Our first direct exposure to Roku was when we rented a condo for Thanksgiving. We were impressed with how easy it was to use. After we got back home, I did a little research and decided to order a unit for our home. Everything from the installation to use has been extremely easy - even for a senior citizen!

Five stars do not sufficiently convey my satisfaction with our Roku device. Approximately three years ago, a trusted colleague recommended Roku and streaming services to me. Although I was initially skeptical, I decided to purchase the Roku Streaming Stick 4K for our living room television. Shortly thereafter, we discontinued our subscription with a major satellite provider and acquired two additional Roku 4K Streaming Sticks for the bedroom and office televisions. Most recently, I obtained a fourth Roku 4K Streaming Stick to bring along when travelling. In addition, over the past year I educated my in-laws on the benefits of streaming compared to traditional cable services. They responded positively and requested that I install Roku 4K Streaming Sticks on four of their televisions. As a result, I am now their favorite son-in-law.
