I have two 1 works ok the other never woks properly. It’s still under warranty but there web site is so bad it just keep sending me to the same page that does not work. A no way to talk to a live person. Sorry I bought this.

I purchased a Roku on a recommendation of a technician. Best thing I could have done. Wish I had known years ago, would have saved me lots of money and frustration! It works so well!

I like the Roku and it is easy to use. The mute button is too sensitive and is often activated by just holding the remote. If I was designing it, I would make the remote bigger to fit better in the hand.

Overall the ruko stick works great. The remote, the problem I have with it is the volume control does not work or when it does is figitty. I use the tv remote for volume.

This is my first time streaming. I have a not-so-smart television. I decided to try Roku and I have been absolutely pleased. Easy to install. Easy to use. An abundance of apps available. Great choice for beginners!

The ease to maneuver from one streaming service to another is great for an older person like myself. Before I had the Raku stick I would fumble my way through each.

4K picture is beautiful. Easier to navigate using the Roku remote than the complicated remote that came with my smart TV. I’m putting Roku on all my TVs

I bought this on Nov 7, 2021, and it died today, less than 5 months. Warranty has expired. I have other Rokus that have lasted years. This is very disappointing!

I replaced my Roku stick a few months ago but I have to unplug it from my tv and reinsert it a few times to correct problème with some steaming channel apps

I’ve been using the ROKU streaming service for about 6 years now. I like the simplicity and the way you can add just about any other app you want. I will always be a fan!
