Bought this approximately 5 weeks ago.Extremely easy to set up.Very user friendly.Easy to navigate through the many features.Impressed with the many programs that are available for viewing.The few times that I was having with technical issues,the support staff was very good in helping me resolve my issues.

I enjoy my Roku greatly. I have a smart TV and after a month of dealing with the smart TV interface I ordered a Roku to plug into my smart TV. It is much more user friendly than the smartTV. The interface/smart feature on the TV is no longer used. Just use the Roku and over the air. It is shocking how many channels you get for free without pay for apps on Roku.

This streaming stick is fabulous because you can surf between channels quickly. The remote has volume control so I don't have to use one for TV and one for Roku. It has all kinds of fabulous things to do with the remote....like speak into it! such a Concept.

After initial setup and getting use to the Roku operation, I find it easy to work, I get more movies, etc to choose from vs my cable provider. I did not buy extra programs, some of the shows are dated. The only thing I wish you didn't have to do is you need to reactive certain apps periodically.

I've owned this box about six months and have had to contact Roku at least three time about it needing to be reset multiple times a week. The last time they admitted that was a faulty box and they would send a replacement, it would ship in three to five days. That was at least two weeks ago and I have yet to see it.

I am thrilled to be able to stream movies and other shows on my TV that is not a smart TV. That is possible because of my Roku streaming stick. I have had another Roku streaming device before and loved it too. Installation isn't overwhelming like so many other items are. It is also very affordable. I hope you will get one and enjoy it as much as I am.

I bought a Streaming Stick 4k a few eeks ago and installed it on a dumb TV I've mounted in front of my treadmill. Having the Streaming Stick available has made my treadmill workouts so much easier to do. I was so impressed that I bought a second one last week and installed it on my main TV so I could have access to streaming if there was nothing on cable I wanted to watch. The streaming Stick 4k is an incredible product for the price.

Bought this for an older Vizio tv in the bedroom since I just started streaming. Unit works great until you want to go to a different remote. Needed a remote with backlight and since Roku doesn't have one went with a Terk. Nowhere in the installation/usage directions does Roku tell you the stick will not work with other brands of remotes. The non stick types will, but not the stick. Bought a Roku Express 4K+ and it works great with the Terk remote. So now I'm stuck with a Roku stick that's not even heavy enough to hold down papers :) Stick worked great, just wouldn't interact with other brand remote. Some verbiage on the box maybe would have helped in this regard?

I have used older Roku devices for many years and was ready for a upgrade and choose The Roku Streaming Stick 4K. It was Fact and easy to setup and use. It is packed with features and has Excellent WiFi and streaming Performance. The Included Voice response Remote seems to work well but I rarely use that feature. The only feature It lacks That I would like is a USB input that would allow me to play media from a USB drive.

We’ve used Roku for a very long time, decided to upgrade to this as previous version’s remote physically broke (not Roku’s fault). We set this up and the remote had issues connecting to control tv as well. Eventually got it working, but then the regular buttons stopped working, had to completely reset the system. Was working for awhile, but randomly stopped working again. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting it to work without resetting it. Wish there was a better way to deal with reconnecting the remotes on the newer models (no connect button physically on remote/no reset option in menu). The whole point of getting a newer model was to not have remote issues…
