Worst roku device I have ever purchased and used. Never had issues with the older ones they just got outdated, no tech support and even my wife curses with this one! HARD PASS

I an older LG 24in TV that does not have WIFI built in like my Samsung TV. The Roku has the WIFI adapter built into the HDMI cable. This save me from having to purchase separate WIFI adapter. The performance on Roku is excellent.

I have had Rokus for over 10 years and they keep getting better and better. The interface is intuitive and user friendly. In addition to the monthly streaming subscriptions the various Roku channels included are a great bonus.

Upgraded from an older Roku stick,,, maybe 10 years old and the old version would freeze and stop right in the middle of a good action scene. But so far this new 4K stick about 3 months old has played perfectly !!!!! Very Happy with this New Stick.

The product fades in and out of WiFi connection and is located inches away from the router. When I tried to contact ROKU customer service and left a message—I got no response.

High quality picture and great WiFi connectivity. Immediately knew what type of TV it was plugged into. Voice interface makes service selection easy. Love it!

I bought this because I wanted it for a new TV in the bedroom. However it is slow and I get modeled appearance on images a lot of the times, I am not happy and I own 4 other Roku devices! Gonna rethink this purchase.

the Roku, interrupts the screen making it go black. Every 2 minutes the screen of the TV turns black. Impossible to watch anything. I want a replacement please.

I am definitely enjoying my roku stick 4K, the reception clarity is superb. High speed no lag, and so many movies and tv shows. Definitely an infinte star on my days off

Overall the ruko stick works great. The remote, the problem I have with it is the volume control does not work or when it does is figitty. I use the tv remote for volume.
