Works great but I am very unhappy with your C/S refusal to correct my account as to which Roku products I have (1 is wrong) and which old products should be removed from my current items. That is silly and annoying!!!!

My niece gave us the Roku stick & remote for our retirement. We are traveling around the US in our Airstream trailer and we are grateful for her gift of the Roku that allows us to watch movies, TV shows, News, etc.

I had an old Roku stick for about 8 years…and when it finally gave out, I got the upgrade and WOW…fast response time, easier moving around inside the programs and I love the voice feature. I'm up to date now!

I have owned 4 TVs with built in Roku including recently, a Roku branded TV, and earlier this year purchased my first add on Roku streaming device to convert an LG OLED tv to the Roku operating system. As a result of that experience, I decided to try a Roku streaming stick for another new tv I purchased. Thus far, it is providing all of the benefits of the Roku operating system and works perfectly. I will always use Roku in my home until I see anything better! It’s amazing to me that all the leading tv brands continue to install hard to use, confusing user interfaces. Roku continues to lead the pack.

I've used Roku devices for many years. I also have a couple Fire TVs. I prefer the Roku over the Fire TV simply because accesing the many apps I use is easier on the Roku. I am slightly annoyed that the Roku pushes ad for services I already have. I also have a Roku stick that I keep exclusively for travel. It makes motel life much bettter.

All of our Smart TV’s are awesome but, we have an older model 66” Samsung that is just an incredible TV and we want part ways until we just have to. The Roku allows us to stream our favorite subscriptions. Roku is super quick & very responsive! Love it! No more Firestick.

We had an older least expensive Roku box for our older tv. After a while we started having problems staying connected to the Internet with a lot of buffering and drop outs. Bought this more expensive Roku stick and the problem is solved. It has better remote features and works great.

I have two ROKU streaming sticks. Once an older television can't load anymore apps, purchasing a ROKU for use with an older but reliable television is a much better option than buying a new TV. I was advised to just get a ROKU by the salesman that sells high end televisions. I am grateful!

Roku streaming sticks are extremely efficient and easy to install. I especially like the way they plug into the HDMI port and the TV 5 volt plug without interfering with the other HDMI port. Simple and easy setup. Then away you go to everything you want on the internet.

I absolutely love my Roku Streaming stick. It took about 5 minutes to install. It was so easy I could not believe it. It took me longer to set-up my internet account than to install the stick. I have had no issues whatsoever since installation. I would highly recommend this product.
