We purchased a streaming stick 4k a month ago when we “cut the cable.” Our ISP offered YouTubeTV and we chose Roku as our remote system to select our streaming apps and to control YouTube TV. I was pleased with our choice and my wife quickly learned to use the new system. We still are not proficient in selecting channels to watch or to record for future use. We liked our simple cable box but as a 70 year old couple, our grandchildren are helping us to move into the 21st century!

Was unaware of the benefits of the Roku stick until my brother-in-law suggested it. Now I enjoy streaming without having to buy a smart TV. Even though I don’t have free access to certain channels I enjoy it still has been very nice with the options I do gave. Thanks

The process was easy to set up, minimal packaging and direct, easy instructions. I also like the fact that Roku has it's own "channel" with some good programming. I haven't tested everything out yet (like the voice option) but I'm glad this version has options, while still keeping it easy. If I had to complain, it would be the mute button on the right side of the remote. The way I hold the device, I keep accidentally hitting that button, but it's not a major issue. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was having problems with my TV streams breaking up and reacting slowly when I switched channels with my older Roku TV. I purchased the Roku 4K Streaming Stick to see if it improve the streaming experience and it made a huge improvement. My internet problems were actually being caused by a bad router which had to be replaced. I decided to continue using the streaming stick because it responds so much better than the Roku TV. The remote is very nice too and it turns my TV and sound bar on and off and adjusts the sound.

I have been a ROKU customer for over 7 years. Our Roku TV still works great-never have had any problems. Additionally we have Roku streaming devices for older TVs - allow us to access other network apps where we can watch shows not available on our regular cable service.

I bought the most recent one a month ago, and like all the others, I love it. I have 3 of them and I purchased 3 others for gifts. The recipients all love them too. I especiay like the fact that 2 of my 3 TVs are able to power the stick without using up an outlet and not having to run a charger box (The third TV will be upgraded soon.) Another feature I love is the voice remote and its' features. The only downside I've found is when I want to rearrange the apps (channels) on the home screen I can only do 1 at a time. Hopefully in the future that will change.

This was our second Roku stick to purchase. We also have 2 Roku TVs. Installation and integration of the new Roku stick with our system was a breeze. Interface is easy to follow. We are able to navigate our various streaming platforms with ease with the Roku stick.

Absolutely the worst. I got this home from the store plugged it in and immediately got an error code 022. This is saying that the long range receiver isn’t being found. The only issue… this receiver is a part of the power cord. So it’s powered on but not sensing the receiver? It’s wired in, you cannot unplug it without unplugging the power. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting that I could, talked to support, they were not able to fix the issue and said to return the product. That’s fine and all but this is an error code that people have been chatting about since 2022… how is this still an issue with a product a year +? Now I have go back to the store to take it back, get something else or the same thing and hope that one works when this one didn’t. Very faulty product and it seems like this isn’t a one off. Such an inconvenience and waste of my time.

I bought this Roku to install on another TV as I am getting ready to dump cable and just use streaming. I have a couple already for guest bedrooms , but are older versions. I like that I can control the TV and have found it easier to add channels than my previous models. I have ordered additional Roku 4k Sticks to replace my other ones.

Always was a little leary of these. But after getting a Roku tv for my bedroom wanted someway to get the same shows on the tv in kitchen so I bought this stick. Have not regretted it at all!!! Easy to install. Now I get to view shows I haven't seen in ages!!
