Moved into an apartment with only wireless internet & TV. Roku was recommended to smooth the signal & connectivity. I already had a Roku, but it was the new model and a significant upgrade. Simplistically…. Roku makes watching television fun again!

I really love the Roku stick. I am watching my program I wanted that was on it. I'm an old guy but still was able to install it without any help...It was "Simple" to install..it also saved me some $$$ with cheaper programming..my old smart tv was brought up to the new streaming access...thanks paul d

The streaming stick is excellent. It provides good reception and is easy to set up. My recommendations would be for a better design on the remote. It would be more user friendly if it was larger with larger buttons. It should have separate page up and page down buttons so that scrolling through menus would be faster. I think the backlit voice remotes should be included with Roku purchases, not a separate purchase.

Other devices require the viewer to identify the streaming service the desired show/event. With Roku voice control the viewer tells Roku the name of the show/movie/event and Roku displays all the streaming service options (& prices) for that broadcast. It’s a huge time saver and eliminates the frustration of searching (& failing) for the desired broadcast. No more sitting down to watch ‘the game’ or ‘the show’ and spending 10-40 mintes searching for the desired broadcast. NFL is still a little difficult until you learn the streaming partners. But overall this feature elevates ROKU to superior status.

I switched from dish network when our HOA made us remove all satellite dishes from our complex to a roof replacement of all the units. No input from the owners. I switched to Roku because of the reviews I read and how easy it was to obtain. I have a 4 k stick in both bed and living room and a mini travel in my loft. Also using the rechargeable remote in the living room. I love the Roku system. Easy to use and constantly doing updates and changes. This is the only streaming stick anybody should own The app is great for any remote issues. Have been using the system for 8 months, couldn't be happier. Thanks Roku Todd

The SMART TVs failed us (me), in the past, because of the belief that when something doesn’t work it’s the USERS fault. I’ve always been satisfied with a good flatscreen with a ROKU stick. I also achieve killer audio without fail, all easy and straightforward setup. Seriously, we’ve been using ROKU since the early days when streaming was just getting started and as technology got better we had to upgrade to 4K sticks, no big deal. We currently have 6 active sticks, the one in the RV either picks up WIFI from campgrounds or cellular from a iPhone. WORKS FOR US! I highly recommend ROKU

I am new to these streaming devices. I recently found out them and Roku , I would have bought this a super long time ago, I am so happy with this device. I bought 2 and a third one with a splitter. So excited to watch my TV, easy set up, and easy to use. Highly recommend Roku
