It probably would be a snap of you only have the TV to worry about, With a TV and soundbar, I needed to use AI since just hooking it up caused sound problems - sometimes just delays and sometimes no sound. AI had me use the soundbar as the hub to correct the problem so that I only get periodic sound delays. It was also difficult due to clearance to hook the Roku to the soundbar. Once connected correctly, the Roku is just as advertised.

When I first purchased my roku I was unsure of it at first cause i didn't know what my experience would be . I got one though and I actually lived the experience with Roku. It was easy to install and very easy to use and access the apps to watch my favorite movies and stream the latest tv shows that I like to watch .

My TV sits in a cabinet and because of the placement of the HDMI receptacle, I couldn’t plug in the Roku stick without it, hitting the wall of the cabinet. I knew that a short HDMI extender would solve the situation, but I wasn’t sure if I needed one with certain specifications. I called Roku to ask what I needed to get and before I could even finish explaining the whole problem, they offered to send me a free extension. It came very quickly and completely solve my problem. That was really great customer service! The Roku stick works great in every way it’s supposed to.

I have an old TV that no longer streams programs. The Roku is easy to use and comes with some free apps to try. My significant other does not use it because he is older and finds it confusing. It isn't difficult if you can use a smartphone or tablet.

So far, I like Roku! Only had it about 3 weeks. Had one issue that was fixed after I spoke to tech support. The tech support person was so kind and very patient with me. I'm 71 years old so technology is beyond me. The tech was very supportive and helped me get my issue resolved!

These are absolutely terrible for live 4K HDR content. They flash/blink when switching between camera angles to where it's unwatchable. Buy the Ultra don't waste your money. Roku support is also terrible. I've had ticket 13193917 open since 2025 to rectify this issue. They keep giving me the run around even though they are aware of this issue reported by others.

Really like Roku, Very convenient and easy to use. We Would love to see more wallpaper new movie icons added!! How about more kinds of screensavers this year?? We Love the screensavers, it’s fun to figure out which movies are added. I like that you keep this “Family” friendly. 😁 Everyone in the family loves to guess what movie you recently add. How about a Mystery screensaver, a classic old movie saver?? So mss many amazing movies from each generation!! Keep up the entertaining extras, they are appreciated!

My husband and I absolutely love Roku. We've heard a lot about Roku and was so over the streaming device we were using so we decided to take a chance and we were so happy. Automatically everything about streaming was at our fingertips. Thank you so much for making it easy for the consumer.

We have been using Roku for 6 to 7 years now. We have tried other platforms here and there briefly, but never have been satisfied. The streaming stick was a great upgrade. It has increased our Wi-Fi connectivity strength and is small and discreet. You can’t beat the user interface of the Roku platform.

I had a Roku when they first came out or 2005ish ! Man, they have coke along way, BEST way to use all the streaming apps and have them in one place. The remote is great, voice searching small and doesn’t need to be pointed directly at the unit ! Easy set up ! Awesome!!!
