Didn't know Mozzarella sticks could be made awful.

I used to purchase frozen mozzarella sticks from Sams Club in years past. They were excellent, and then disappeared from the stores for a long time. Was happy when I saw the Member Mark ones appear which I assumed would be like the old ones. Wrong! Thick coating with too many odd spices and dryer cheese inside. After trying a few once, the rest are still sitting in the freezer. Didn't know someone could ruin one of our favorite snacks. Guess we wil just airfry the remainder and the peel off the coating. Yuck. I am finding most Member Mark frozen foods are turning out to be subpar.

Spot on good mozzarella sticks. How you cook them is important. Definitely do not microwave! Oven, air fryer, or deep fryer for sure.
