Decent Bedroom TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this tv this week for my mother to watch Dancing with the Stars since it was moved to Disney+ and to watch MLB because she loves baseball. The picture was great and the sound quality was decent. I returned the tv back to the store because this tv did not have the MLB App. I was very disappointed that this was not an app installed on the tv. Her cellphone is older and will not cast to the tv as the other option. I also noticed there were not a lot of other sports apps on the tv. If I wanted a tv with just the basic apps of Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ with a quality picture, this will be the perfect tv. This tv is great for the bedroom and a college student.

Delighted-Like a jump in time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I jumped forward in time after using my old, boxy & very heavy Quasar TV and converter box on my antenna system. Clear pictures with lovely colors and additional channels. I really enjoy watching TV now.

Love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 6months ago put it in my semi truck and it's a very durable tv stays with you for the long haul never had any issues with it at all picture quality or anything yes I would definitely recommend this tv especially if you need a compact light weight tv that doesn't sacrifice on picture quality or sound. This is for you.

Awesome Clarity & Sound

Purchase review plus update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV I think a year ago. It has been a great TV. Great picture quality, I love that you can search for a movie and it will search most apps you have to view where it's free (I believe it will not include Netflix and some others), and has a free movies/TV show app with free live viewing channels. The volume change is delayed and recently the TV went into a galaxy lock screen that I was unable to bypass without resetting the entire TV which took about 20 minutes. Overall great TV with some minor inconveniences.

Difficulty with installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart t.v. set up along with Spectrum t.v. setup very frustrating! Going back and forth between the two very difficult. Had to call tech support for both several times. I Didn't think much of tv channels available on the smart tv side, so staying with Spectrum on that.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Vizio. I can connect it with all my devices, phone, echo dot, etc. It all works seamlessly. I get to watch live TV. I the picture is clear and sharp. I watch even high definition movies on it and the visuals are amazing. I will definitely be getting a larger Vizio in the future.

After one year, it's OK

I got this tv over a year ago. I was very pleased at first. However, every time there is a software update, it requires reset after reset. The last one screwed me up for a whole weekend. To the point where I thought that I could not get the television working again! Then after a reset and reprogramming my Xfinity remote, all was right with the world. It seems that Vizio's software people need to do more debugging before unleashing uncontrollable software on the unsuspecting users.

Not the easiest to use.

My husband purchased this TV for me to use in our bedroom. It came with no written instructions. It has been a challenge to say the least. Customer service walked us through the hookup process, but since then we have had to reprogram this TV, unplug it and start over at least four times. I don't think we would purchase this product again.

Our apologies you haven't been happy with your TV so far. What issue are you having that is causing you to have to 'reprogram' and unplug your TV? That isn't something you should need to do regularly. If you could reach back out to support- we'd appreciate the chance to help you.

Picture is great!

My major complaint is that there is a solid 5 second lag between when I push a button on the remote and then the action occurs. I have had other Vizio products in the past including tvs and sound bars and this is the first product I have had an issue with.
