A Bit laggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture for a small tv, the “smart” part seems a bit weak. When I watch my streaming service for Hulu on the smart tv it's laggy and buffers a lot. BUT , when I plug my old fire stick into this same tv I get no lag. I suspected this when the first half hour it was plugged it was entirely waiting to download and install updates. I can get a whole Mac OS upgrade in half that time on the same Wi-Fi.

Would not recommend. Haven't had this TV for a year yet and it's given me so many issues. I don't even use it everyday or overextend it. A couple months ago it had trouble connecting to the internet so I decided to give it a break. I tried multiple times again today and nothing would load. It's not my internet. All my other devices are fine. It's this TV. Plus when it did work, everything always loaded so slow or I would have to go out of an app and go back in to load it up. TV also shuts off at random times for no reason after short periods of usage.

Picture is great Smartcast start-up is sporadic

The picture quality is great. However Smartcast startup has been sporadic at best, Wifi signal show fine but Smartcast still stalls at startup even after following all the recommeded Vizio fixes I have to switch to spanish language on start to get it to boot before switching back to english Smartcast won't allow removal of unwanted apps to help either

Love the brand.

Traveled across country watched it with no problems and it finally gave up! Called customer service, great response! Bought another again at a great price! I'm sold!

Everything I could ask for in a TV, perfect size,

Rough start but solid performance since

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV did not complete its initial setup. It began displaying the screens improperly, allowing no choices to be made, forcing me to restart the entire process. Two or three days later I lost functionality in several of the remote buttons and had to manually do a hard reset on the TV using the power button, forcing me to go all the way through the setup process once again. Since then the TV has been behaving normally and is what I expected when I chose Vizio again to replace the 24" 1080p Vizio smart TV that worked well for years. As a bedroom TV, I wish that the sleep timer was more readily accessible, without having to dive down into the submenus of the settings. The remote didn't need both a "Back" AND "Previous" button, one of those could've been a sleep timer button.

Awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features on this TV. My son had a plasma tv in his room which of course the TV was always hot. Now that he has this one in his room it is cooler and he has been having fun with all the features on it. Sound is not the best quality but a sound bar makes it so much better.

My first Vizio TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've always been a fan of Samsung, but I'm very impressed with this Vizio TV. If you don't already have a Smart TV, you MUST get one. You won't need to cast most streaming shows, because a Smart TV has most streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu. Vizio is every bit as great a TV as the Samsung TV's I've had. The colors of the screen are beautiful, the images crisp. The remote is very responsive (unlike some TV remotes I've had). I prefer not to hang my TV on a wall, but this one would be simple to mount. All in all, I'm VERY happy with my Vizio TV. It's surpassed my expectations. Maybe I'll get a larger one next time!

had a small vizio in the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased (2) small vizio TV's in the past. One for my office and one for my garage work center. One died recently but have been around a long time. Failure was not the tv.In any case, this one is fantasic.

Beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am in love! The response time is much better than my previous tv. The screen quality is wonderful. The sound is also amazing for not having a speaker attached! I can only imagine how much better it would be with one!
