[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This almost-direct replacement following a lightning strike is quite an improvement. We went up from 720 to 1080 resolution and also have a few pieces of 4K gear that now seem to work better with the higher resolution display.

I was eyeing this one for its crisp and clear audio quality. Received the new one a couple weeks ago. Setup was easy and complete, albeit the updates took too long. App selection is very skimpy, as many applications are on the Roku OS. Luckily, we have a Roku STB, so we used that instead of SmartCast. Bottom line, this television has GREAT sound quality and picture, but purchase a Roku if you want more apps such as Spectrum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for about a year and it she's been perfect! It's the perfect size for my bedroom and has every streaming service already installed. The remote is simple, and it even has an app you can use in case the remote goes missing!

It is the perfect size and because of all of the apps available it is perfect since WiFi is all that is needed. I also chose Vizio as I already have one for my bedroom so setting it up and using it was a piece of cake! I love both TVs and can't say enough about each!

This is a television that less than four months old, I have called twice about problems with it and never seem to get it resolved. Clearly it's the television set and not my internet provider. I would suggest purchasing a different brand and not a Visio. Customer service is also lacking.

We exclusively stream using the YouTube TV built in app. About every other day when it is powered on, a green screen is the only thing that appears when we select the YouTube TV App and select a channel to watch. The audio is ok. The only way to correct the problem is to unplug the TV and wait a minute and turn it back on. This is very inconvenient since it is wall mounted and requires a ladder to get to the power plug. I have searched for other solutions but this is the only one that works. Not a way to build customer satisfaction.

I really like the applications and features pre installed in the tv. However it is slow when connecting to the network, seems it has to be very close to the router to have good connection. Also is slow when turning on and changing applications. Resolution and image are great. Cast from another devices works fine. I would improve the velocity and would be perfect.

Don't like that sometimes when turning on it goes through all the privacy terms don't know why it does this but sometimes it wipes out all of settings and have to start all over like its new out of the box?

But as much as it was a smart TV, I felt driven to buy it and I absolutely liked it. it has so many features and movies and I don't feel bored. now my college dorm looks gorgeous and the TV makes it feel like my home. whenever I leave classes, I look forward to going to my room and enjoying it!
