Tv is Junk

couldnt it to start up any apps or tv shows for 2 days. just kept thinking or saying video was not available try later. Finally got it to work but not all the time. some days it works next day it doesnt. Sound was not synced on all different networds. very unhappy with this TV. I cant return it its been over 30 days. I guess you get what you pay foe. JUNK!

It's ok. Get the protection...

Just bought this. Nice picture but bad setup design. If you plan not to buy a mount, get the protection on this. The legs are very unstable. I got something inexpensive, I know, but come on Visio, all it'd take is making the legs angle out and not loose when screwed in and it'd be great. Now I'm gonna have to consider putting it in my closet when I'm not home so the cat don't break it 😬. My son spent like $50 more on a TV and had no problems like this and got a bigger one to boot. No wonder they're on Rollback 🙄 oh and the power button on the TV doesn't even work SMH. So if you plan to use your cellphone as a remote, you may need the regular remote to turn it on 😒

Great Picture

I've had it 2 weeks now.. I had a smaller Sony 32in.. I had a Antenna connected to it, so I could get my local channels. But, this VIZO wouldn't work with it.. My husband ran a coax cable antenna to it.. It just must not have had a tuner as well as my older one. Other than that, I Love the picture, and enjoy my new 42 inch in my Bedroom.. Was a pleasant surprise from my husband..

Impressive tv unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this tv. It was really easy to set up and put together. The quality of the picture is stunning. Colors are sharp and bright. I also like that it is a smart TV so I do not have to connect Roku/Fire. Would really recommend.

My fifth Vizio!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart TV from Vizio is my fifth Vizio since 2012. It's amazing how many features these TVs have, especially compared to other brands offerings at this price point. This TV came preloaded with every streaming app I use, plus additional ones that bring even more entertainment. The ability to use my phone as a remote is a welcome addition. Very crisp and clear screen and speakers.

TV

I gave had my TV for 2 years. A few days ago I turned it on and it acted like I just bought it. I had to open an account and download all of my apps again. Now you are sending me these emails like I am a new customer. I had no issues with the TV until it wiped out everything I had on it.

It has 2 flaws

The problem with this tv is it's hard to put the input in. You have to keep pushing to get it to the input you want. The speakers put out a tinny sound. It true you get what you pay for!!! I'm disappointed in Vizio, I thought they made great products!!!

A new and positive experience with this smart tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me awhile to get the hang of it, but I figured things out. I bought this tv mainly so I could mirror from my IPad. Turns out I don't need to mirror as the tv menu contains everything that I watch on my IPad. No more straining my eyes. I am most pleased.

Good Concept - Missed Execution in a Few Areas

No ability to download new apps - limited to those that Vizio provide (there are lots) - e.g. can not install the streaming app from my local cable provider. Too several cycles to initially configure - had to update 4 times. Picture is good straight on - colors very washed out if you view by more than 30 degrees off axis. Sound quality is poor - tinny, no bass response.

Horrible for streaming

The first one I bought was cracked when I plugged it in. I was able to return it at Walmart and when we got this one and plugged it in it worked. Then it had to update which took 4 hours. Got it connected to our Wi-Fi and none of the apps load. If we try to stream Netflix it's horrible quality and cuts in and out. None of the other TV's in the house have this issue. Our Wi-Fi is great. The tv is terrible. Debating on just taking this tv down and returning it at this point.
