Soso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv 8 months ago. A couple times a week I have to turn it off and restart it because it won't load. The company says I have a bad internet connection but my computer, phone and iPad seem to work just fine.

Great options, but quirky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a good experience with the video quality and the amazing ease of selecting programs. My only complaint has been a recent series of glitches requiring a restart/reboot of the Vizio. I've had the entire system lock up multiple times in the last year for hours at a time.

Great volume sound louder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 40” TV for use with my iPad airdrop and like the sound, which is louder that my TCL 32” no annoying beep beep when it turn to different settings. I am really satisfied with this purchase.

Great size for a small room excellent picture

So user friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our son's rec room, love that I don't need a cable hookup, it has just about every app and channel we need!!! Super easy to navigate, picture and sound is great! I do plan to get a vizio soundbar for it in the future.....

Great features

Vizio is a good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a lot of Vizio TVs for both personal and business use. I've only had an issue with one and that was recently. It was still under warranty and was easy to get replaced. Vizio did make that part easy. Now, with the replacement TV it decided to just not come on today. I had to unplug it and wait a while, now it's back on working fine again. I hope this isn't going to be another issue. When it works, it works great!

Not very pleased with my second Visio. This one seems to not read the remote control second time I've had to take it back and return it for a new one still have the same problem. Something seems to be wrong with the sensor on the television so it does not read the remote

Great TV, Minimum Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas and it's been great so far. It looks super cute on my desk with great audio and visual. The hdmi and other ports on the back are easily accessible and super easy to change the input. With so many app options sometimes it's hard to find one specific you're looking for, especially when rearranging the app bar line up. Ex: pandora is my music of choice but I believe it was around number 80 scrolling the list just to find it so I could move it closer to the front. This does seem just like a one time problem since now that I've moved it, it's right there ready to use next time. When setting it up, is was a very easy walk through but the graphics seemed a bit slow or glitchy, from such a great tv I'd expect my first impression so have smooth transitions but that's not a huge problem. Overall great device, would recommend.

Great Customer Service

My husband and I bought a 43 inch Vizio about 5 weeks ago. We started having a problem last week with the channels freeze and then we wouldn't be able to watch any of our apps except Netflix. We were about to throw the TV out but thought to call Vizio customer service and technical services to see if there was any way they could help. Anthony took care of us and he did a terrific job. He is his comment but we will order really listened to us and gave us all the time we needed to give him the information he was looking for. Within 15 minutes the TV was back and working perfectly. Still a little nervous about the tv, but Vizio itself is a good business to me.
