overall an improvement on older technology

I finally figured most things out. For a LONG time I couldn't find the HDMI inputs on the opposite side. They're obviously somewhat hidden. One negative is there doesn't appear to be a way to add channel apps. For example HBO-go or certain other channels I like. Yes there is a long list of preloaded channel aps but only a few of them are of use to me personally. The Remote control is oddly shaped and "balanced"; Because I expect the largest and heaviest part to fit in the hand rather than extend out the front I'm ALWAYS picking it up backwards.

Good quality affordable TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this TV for a couple of weeks and it's been great. I'm a college student so I needed a TV that was affordable but had good quality and this one meets the criteria perfectly. The picture/resolution is great, as well as the sound. My only issue with it is that it frequently loses internet signal, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of the TV or the network. Overall an awesome purchase.

Started great, having issues a year later

When I bought this tv, the smart cast worked great. Especially for a college kid. But a year later, a lot of the smart cast apps freeze up mid show and I cannot use my remote to go back, or even turn the tv off! Also, I just had to re-setup my whole tv like I just bought it and I cannot get out of the setup phase. It's highly annoying.

Great Picture and Sound…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Vizio TV as a replacement for a older Samsung “Smart” TV who's picture had went black… The setup was super easy and the picture quality is excellent… the sound quality is great without a sound bar… The picture far exceeds the picture of the set it replaced… I would highly recommend this TV…

Replacing Good, with Good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Vizio finally started acting up. It earned the right. (It still works, but not perfectly, all of the time). As I said, It earned the right. I purchased it in Colorado, 23 years ago....that's right; 23 YEARS AGO!! It has been moved, with other household items, four times, and never faultered. I replaced it with "Brand X" which stopped working on day number two. I returned it, and bought another Vizio. It is working the way I have grown to expect.... Perfectly.

Nice tv for it's size but sound not so hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV it is the perfect size but sound is not very good. It is my second vizio I have a bigger one in the front room but needed a smaller one for the living room. Not sure why the speakers don't seem as good as the big one but that is my only complaint.

Saved another cable fee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a tv that was not part of our cable service. Antennas did not work as siding on house is steel. Do get frustrate sometimes with getting streaming connected with chrome cast and iPhone

Basic smart tv that works 75% of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for our living room. Picture is clear, sound is good. Navigating the system and streaming channels is relatively easy. As I said, basic tv is fine. The issues for me come from the internet connection itself. I was constantly losing internet connection to the tv only and there was a lot of buffering. And this was on multiple streaming channels. I had to purchase a home booster product for my Wi-fi in order to correct the issue. Also there is no screen save option and not a whole lot of personalization available in the settings. Once every month I have to completely reboot the tv in order for it to work and it my remote will randomly not work the tv until I do the reset. Other than that, I got what I paid for I guess.

VIZIO Did it AGAIN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a Family of 8 TVs, 6 of which are VIZIO. We recently had to replace the Main Bedroom TV, and naturally I looked into a VZIO. I didn't need all the Bells and Whistles, yet wanted a Smart TV. This filled the Bill PERFECTLY. Works with Alexa, and was able to Add my TABLO app Via Amazon Fire Stick. Customer Service listened to my needs and recommended this TV. They also suggested where I could get it at the Best Price. NOW you know why we have Vizio as the Majority of our TVs.
