Great size for a small room. Great picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this on a wall mount in the bedroom of our camper. It's a great size for that room. We use it nightly. I remove it from the mount and lay it on the bed every time we move. We only have mobile wifi and stream everything. We find the Smart-cast interface intuitive. Unfortunately, several of radio/music apps I use are not available. One app, Tidal, was there and disappeared last month.

Easy to use and excellent picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was super easy to use and the picture quality was excellent! I was able to take it out of the box and easily set it up by myself (and I'm not a tech-savvy person). The menu options were very intuitive and the remote was easy to use and navigate. I am VERY happy to have this TV and the size is just perfect for our living room.

overall an improvement on older technology

I finally figured most things out. For a LONG time I couldn't find the HDMI inputs on the opposite side. They're obviously somewhat hidden. One negative is there doesn't appear to be a way to add channel apps. For example HBO-go or certain other channels I like. Yes there is a long list of preloaded channel aps but only a few of them are of use to me personally. The Remote control is oddly shaped and "balanced"; Because I expect the largest and heaviest part to fit in the hand rather than extend out the front I'm ALWAYS picking it up backwards.

Excellent picture and sound

This tv has more features than i thought i would need but i am so impressed! I was fearful it would not work for me but my grandson assisted when it needed to be reset to update the firmware, and it now works great with all my other media equipment.

I love it!

The only thing I don't like is the feet. I prefer the pedestal stand in the middle. Because of the distance between the feet, I had to get a new stand for it. My old Visio tv had a pedestal stand and fit fine on my tv stand. My new tv's feet were so far apart that I couldn't sit both on my stand.

Absolutely HATE !!

I hate Vizio program!!! It is sitting in basement now not used. After having it sit for 6 months I tried to up load again and still hate it!! This TV was a waist of my money! Roku is what I bought to replace it and LOVE the ease of it. Vizio Sucks and when anyone asks I share my opinion of what not to buy!

Latest Update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was great until the latest update ruined it. Watching over the air channels used to be so easy before they became part of the WatchFree+ service. Changing channels was just a matter of entering the channel using the numbers on the remote. Now the process involves multiple steps to change. Even though the print was so small that I had to be three feet from the TV to read it, I used to be able to see what channel I was watching and a description of the show just by pressing the info button. No more. Now there is a process involving multiple steps to search for the menu scroll through channels to find out what I'm watching. After the update my pay channels, Netflix, HBOMax and HULU were wiped out as were all of the programs in my watch list. Now after I turn on the TV it takes a long time for the screen to come up, if at all. Sometimes I have to turn it off then back on. At first even though the TV was connected to my router it still wouldn't connect. After 30 minutes on the phone with a technician and her resetting the TV to factory settings then reprogramming everything it still didn't work and I was told that there was noting that she could do and the call ended. I finally got it working somewhat. I'm going to sell it and buy a different TV. I will never buy another Visio product ever again.

Hello Disappointed., the new update has been released that has now introduced your local antenna channels in with VIZIO's WatchFree+ programming. This has been done in response to customer feedback like yours to give you access to hundreds of more free channels, as well as the ability to provide you with an onscreen guide of your local channels. Your paid channels and subscriptions will still be accessed the same way that you had accessed them before. With the new update, pressing the up and down directional buttons and the 'OK' button will display the onscreen guide. Pressing the 'WatchFree+' button will show an onscreen number pad where you can enter in a specific channel number. Please do keep in contact with our support team if you have any questions about the new features or need any assistance with issues. Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’.

Thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on. If issues persist or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by going to support.vizio.com and clicking ‘contact us’.

Horrible, I have buyer's remorse

I bought this tv three months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. Updates don't download correctly, smart cast is never available and the tv randomly shuts off on its own. It's the only tv in our home, life is probably better without it, but I wish I could get a refund for the faulty product.

VIZIO Did it AGAIN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a Family of 8 TVs, 6 of which are VIZIO. We recently had to replace the Main Bedroom TV, and naturally I looked into a VZIO. I didn't need all the Bells and Whistles, yet wanted a Smart TV. This filled the Bill PERFECTLY. Works with Alexa, and was able to Add my TABLO app Via Amazon Fire Stick. Customer Service listened to my needs and recommended this TV. They also suggested where I could get it at the Best Price. NOW you know why we have Vizio as the Majority of our TVs.
