[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few Vizio TVs and they are very reliable. I needed a new one as a gift for a friend who was hosting me at his nearby ranch. I love shopping the Walmart in my hometown (Rocklin, CA) so I thought it was convenient to shop at your Walmart. I needed groceries and a few other items while I was staying in Hammett, so I naturally went to the nearby Mountain Home Walmart. Thank you for maintaining a great store and making my week in Idaho an enjoyable stay.

Would Be Nice If It Came With A Functioning Remote

Nothing like getting a tv and the sound won't turn down! Remote they sent is faulty and volume buttons do not work. Trying to figure out who to contact for a replacement remote is such a hassle! Will definitely stick back with LG and Samsung next go round.

I read that this tv was a great brand. But thats not the case. I have been having problems with this tv since about a week and half of receiving it. The screen will turn green; why? I don't know. then the volume is terrible. one minute it's fine, then it go real low. In order to fix these issues I have to unplug it for a few seconds. I would have taken it back but my son threw out the box. Worst tv I ever had.

We love Vizios and when we found out our grandpas Tv went out, we went out on Black Friday and bought this one. It wasn't even on sale, but just as much as Black Friday deals 🤣 I have 4 Vizios in our house, oldest being 7 years old, and we've never had a problem with them.

Very poor quality

The TV needs to be rebooted every few days. I've had to factory reset three times first month. After I turn it off at night I come downstairs and it's on. A blank screen is on I should say. Half the time it comes on with a blank screen and I can't get it to go to "Home". No amount of waiting will make it work. I unplug and reboot. The closed caption is sometimes in French and sometimes Spanish.

Excellent packing and unpacking, easy walk-through setup, network connection was easy, many apps/services to choose from. Size is great for the bedroom, and dropping down to the 32 inch would be adequate. Love the picture quality! Built-in sound is OK, but I added an LG sound bar with subwoofer and I hope I don't blow my neighbors away by accident! This is my second Vizio TV (still using the first one in the living room and loving it!), and for the price and quality and features, I don't think you can beat it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

Peice of crap

It's been nothing but trouble after the first month. Randomly won't turn on, sometimes turns on in the middle of the night and now it did an update and I have an error code. I can't watch it at all. We tried the Vizio support page and it sends you to a payment site that wants my credit card information in order to "help" me. Never again.

Wasted my money on this TV

I started having problems with this TV right after the 90 day warranty expired actually on day 93. This TV started changing channels on it's own and then just turned off and would not come back on until I unplugged it and let it reset itself. This problem happens a few times a week to the point I had to buy a new TV made by another manufacturer, I would not recommend this TV to anyone interested in it.

The television's picture is prettier than mine and smarter than mine. This old-school granny is slowly getting used to this smart tv.
