VIZIO - My Go-To TV Brand

Excellent packing and unpacking, easy walk-through setup, network connection was easy, many apps/services to choose from. Size is great for the bedroom, and dropping down to the 32 inch would be adequate. Love the picture quality! Built-in sound is OK, but I added an LG sound bar with subwoofer and I hope I don't blow my neighbors away by accident! This is my second Vizio TV (still using the first one in the living room and loving it!), and for the price and quality and features, I don't think you can beat it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

TV started to fail within a month

TV started locking up intermittently At turn on Soon it was a permanent deal. No on off . Or any other Switches on the TV set you must Use the remote for everything. When TV locked up it had to be unplugged To turn it off. Not impressed with the Mediocre options and programming compared to the Samsung I replaced it with. You get what you pay for And in this case less than you pay for.

The television's picture is prettier than mine and smarter than mine. This old-school granny is slowly getting used to this smart tv. Other than the remote, which isn't friendly to the less coordinated and isn't backlit, I'm pleased with my purchase and the money I saved from ditching satellite tv service.

Wasted my money on this TV

I started having problems with this TV right after the 90 day warranty expired actually on day 93. This TV started changing channels on it's own and then just turned off and would not come back on until I unplugged it and let it reset itself. This problem happens a few times a week to the point I had to buy a new TV made by another manufacturer, I would not recommend this TV to anyone interested in it.

Peice of crap

It's been nothing but trouble after the first month. Randomly won't turn on, sometimes turns on in the middle of the night and now it did an update and I have an error code. I can't watch it at all. We tried the Vizio support page and it sends you to a payment site that wants my credit card information in order to "help" me. Never again.

Very poor quality

The TV needs to be rebooted every few days. I've had to factory reset three times first month. After I turn it off at night I come downstairs and it's on. A blank screen is on I should say. Half the time it comes on with a blank screen and I can't get it to go to "Home". No amount of waiting will make it work. I unplug and reboot. The closed caption is sometimes in French and sometimes Spanish.

Great TV for the price

If you are subscribed to a lot of apps this is the tv for you because it has lots and lots of them (HBO,Starz, Netflix, Disney , etc) and as long as you have internet you can use it anywhere. .there is a live TV option with Vizio (mostly sports,news %26 a few entertainment channels not a lot) and Tubi …it is easy to download a remote on my phone if I lose the actual remote but only Con is : your phone has to be connected to the same WiFi as the TV to use the phone remote on Vizio Mobile and it acts up sometimes trying to use AirPlay but I love how clear it looks even when gaming , I can't wait to try Vizio other products .

I have two of these tvs and they both have the same problem, they will completely shut down and you need to restart the TV multiple times to even get it to turn on. I've had to do it three times today and I have had this TV less than a month. I thought maybe it was a glitch with my older one but nope this one does the same thing.

Good TV, very questionable delivery procedures...

The AirPlay might be a bit unreliable. I'm going to keep trying it to ensure it works smoothly. My dissatisfaction was more about the delivery of this TV. I live in an apartment and the delivery company (whoever that was?) left it on my front doorstep -- and could have been stolen by anybody. I am very puzzled why the delivery driver did not take the TV to the main/leasing office instead.

Missing remote but a decent price on the TV.

I think for the price, its a decent TV. However, I bought this for my retired mother and she did a pickup at the store, but when we got home, she noted there was no remote included with the box/packaging. I've never seen a TV come without a remote or even missed in the production stage. Very annoying and not really seen before.
