I bought the tv online and it came broken, fedex should be picking up the tv tomorrow but my NEW and replacement tv was supposed to come today, then it delayed to Sunday, and now it's cancelled. This is just extremely irritating and irresponsible on walmarts part. Just do a pickup order or buy from store instead because they aren't careful with packages.

Would Be Nice If It Came With A Functioning Remote

Nothing like getting a tv and the sound won't turn down! Remote they sent is faulty and volume buttons do not work. Trying to figure out who to contact for a replacement remote is such a hassle! Will definitely stick back with LG and Samsung next go round.

Great tv, The free channels are cool too. Video games have really good graphics, All in all, for $200 this tv is well worth the cost. It gives you more than you paid for. The 10 mins of updates when i first plugged it in was annoying. But hey, Cost and quality, 10.

This "smart tv" has got to be the "stupidest" tv ever. It locks up, the smartcast will not work except thru a Hotspot. It cant be controlled thru its remote. You power on the tv it goes to smartcast and locks up. Never will i ever purchase another Vizio tv, "smart" or "dumb" either one. Absolutely ridiculous....Bull___t!!!

Check your ports for compatibility!

I had to return this TV the next day after having it delivered. Could not determine on-line what type of ports for hml hookups (flat or round.) Went to store - no "out of box" model was on display. Nothing on sides of box (there used to be icons) to let you know types of hookups. Took a chance. These TVs used to have two ports to accomodate flat and round cable lines. Now - only one. Wrong one - only round and my hookup is flat. Whoever decided to remove printing the icons from the outsides boxes - to let you see what ports are on the TV backs - made a major consumer information mistake. I lost much time because of this.

Pay a little more get something better.

I liked the size of the tv, it seems to be well built and the remote control works fine. The picture is not very bright but it's ok. It is slow to process instructions, probably because it has more applications installed than the tv can handle. I don't like this tv doesn't have a cat6 cable jack - only wi-fi. Either the wi-fi antenna or the tv has a problem, after watching a movie for some time, it starts freezing and pauses every 5 seconds, you have to turn it off and back on to continue watching the rest of the movie. The network router is next to the tv, so I know it is not because of poor reception.

Not like my old VIZIO. It turns off on it's own. The numbers on the remote stop working after a few minutes of turning on, ie you have to use channel up and down to get to a channel. And it. Doesn't have a guide like any other smart tv. Debating if I should return it.

Bought the tv in our local Sam's Club, brought it home. We had to buy a wall mount for it. We attached the wall mount to the wall in the kitchen, plugged in the power cord and the Google Chromecast to the tv and the power outlet. Signed in to all of our apps on the tv, and within 1 hour we were watching our favorite shows. It was easy and this tv gets a beautiful picture and has awesome sound. A great deal for us to use while we are eating our meals while sitting at the kitchen table. Love it!
