Defective

So I bought this tv and it came broken. Literally the tv can't connect to wifi. Super annoying and now I have to send the tv back to Vizzo for them to send me a new one. Who literally has time to mail a tv back šŸ˜©šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø but anyway vizzo customer service wasn't that bad it's just super inconvenient.

Trash software, not a smart tv, just a normal tv

The whole ui and custom app store doesn't work, all the apps launch then crash, or don't open at all, absolutely waste of money, its better to just put your money into a slightly more expensive tv with a smart tv app like roku or fire tv built in then a custom companies system.

I purchased this tv twice, and had to returned twice. It keeps freezing. On my second one, it was not only freezing, but apps wouldn't work. I called Vizio and they told it was defective and will send new one within 5 to 7 business days. Never got replacement, so returned to Walmart. Don't waist your time and money. Don't get a Vizio.

WAS nice for a few months

purchased 1/2022 and now it's glitching, all of a sudden doing updates and smartcast unavailable "homescreen loading" but never does. disney remote button is the only thing that will take us anywhere, but have to relogin EVERYTIME, and everytime we turn TV on!

NO PICTURE SIZE ADJUSTMENT!!

This piece of crap will not allow you to adjust the aspect ratio or even zoom the movie or tv show so that it fits your tv screen! ALL tv's have that option these days! So almost all of the movies available to watch will appear as a narrow strip across your tv screen. I HATE THAT!! The "WatchFree" app isn't any better than using tubi, free online. As a matter of fact, most of it is tubi tv. But the interface is worse making you spend more time looking for something to watch than actually watching something. Otherwise the tv is okay. I may return it just because it doesn't have a working aspect ratio adjuster or zoom feature!! GRRR!!!!!!!!!!

loved the vivid colors from this tv, that is why i gave it 2⭐sadly that is its only good feature. this tv freezes all the time. requiring customers to unplug and restart constantly. it happens in the middle of shows, while looking for something to watch , any time of day or night. more frustrating than it is worth. sincerely wish i hadn't purchased it.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. I bought the tv online and it came broken, fedex should be picking up the tv tomorrow but my NEW and replacement tv was supposed to come today, then it delayed to Sunday, and now it's cancelled. This is just extremely irritating and irresponsible on walmarts part. Just do a pickup order or buy from store instead because they aren't careful with packages.

Pay a little more get something better.

I liked the size of the tv, it seems to be well built and the remote control works fine. The picture is not very bright but it's ok. It is slow to process instructions, probably because it has more applications installed than the tv can handle. I don't like this tv doesn't have a cat6 cable jack - only wi-fi. Either the wi-fi antenna or the tv has a problem, after watching a movie for some time, it starts freezing and pauses every 5 seconds, you have to turn it off and back on to continue watching the rest of the movie. The network router is next to the tv, so I know it is not because of poor reception.

Horrible don't bother

I like the size of the tv and the clarity. But all the apps except Netflix keep dropping out. And it keeps dropping wifi even though the wifi signal is there! I am so tired of it. I tried to give it another week but at this point it's not just one other app, it's a lot of them! Who wants to watch a movie when it keeps freezing. Talk about freezing….I have had to unplug and reboot the tv 4 times in the last two weeks as well because it stopped responding! I will be returning this to the store and choosing another brand. Vizio has lost my business!

I've had this tv for three months. In that time, I've needed to reset it multiple times, as it was glitchy and wouldn't function properly. Now, after three months and a new update, it won't work at all. Frustrated with the tv and with myself for not taking the reviews of others with similar experiences more seriously. I bought it fingers-crossed it wouldn't happen to me, because it was the right size and a good deal, but it did. Unfortunately, the negative reviews may be more realistic than the positive ones. Good for those who haven't had any issues. I just can't imagine how. Two stars for the viewing experience when it actually worked.
