Mom needed to replace her TV. So we bought this one for her. The picture and sound is perfect. The CC is easily visable. The very best part is she can get rid of her Roku because this smart tv has all the apps available and connects to the 5G internet from US Cellular. She loves the upgrade!

Pay a little more get something better.

I liked the size of the tv, it seems to be well built and the remote control works fine. The picture is not very bright but it's ok. It is slow to process instructions, probably because it has more applications installed than the tv can handle. I don't like this tv doesn't have a cat6 cable jack - only wi-fi. Either the wi-fi antenna or the tv has a problem, after watching a movie for some time, it starts freezing and pauses every 5 seconds, you have to turn it off and back on to continue watching the rest of the movie. The network router is next to the tv, so I know it is not because of poor reception.

I'm sure how this TV has high reviews. We put it in our kids play room and it's been nothing but a headache. It's impossibly slow, the home screen takes several minutes to load, apps and channels either take upwards of 5 minutes or just never load at all. The audio is terrible, everything sounds like you're listening to a recording on someone's phone... 0/10 cannot recommend. This is a piece of junk.

Would Be Nice If It Came With A Functioning Remote

Nothing like getting a tv and the sound won't turn down! Remote they sent is faulty and volume buttons do not work. Trying to figure out who to contact for a replacement remote is such a hassle! Will definitely stick back with LG and Samsung next go round.

I bought the tv online and it came broken, fedex should be picking up the tv tomorrow but my NEW and replacement tv was supposed to come today, then it delayed to Sunday, and now it's cancelled. This is just extremely irritating and irresponsible on walmarts part. Just do a pickup order or buy from store instead because they aren't careful with packages.

I've had this tv for three months. In that time, I've needed to reset it multiple times, as it was glitchy and wouldn't function properly. Now, after three months and a new update, it won't work at all. Frustrated with the tv and with myself for not taking the reviews of others with similar experiences more seriously. I bought it fingers-crossed it wouldn't happen to me, because it was the right size and a good deal, but it did. Unfortunately, the negative reviews may be more realistic than the positive ones. Good for those who haven't had any issues. I just can't imagine how. Two stars for the viewing experience when it actually worked.

Horrible don't bother

I like the size of the tv and the clarity. But all the apps except Netflix keep dropping out. And it keeps dropping wifi even though the wifi signal is there! I am so tired of it. I tried to give it another week but at this point it's not just one other app, it's a lot of them! Who wants to watch a movie when it keeps freezing. Talk about freezing….I have had to unplug and reboot the tv 4 times in the last two weeks as well because it stopped responding! I will be returning this to the store and choosing another brand. Vizio has lost my business!

Very clear picture quality. The only issue is I have to purchase surround sound to hear it better and my remote control lags. I push buttons on the remote and it takes the tv about 6 to 7 seconds to respond. It's not as quick but overall I'm happy with my new tv.
