I bought this in May 2021. Used it 6 times and then nothing.I assumed it was not getting any spark so I ordered a plug for it and when I went to change the plug, I tried to pull start it and it was seized up. Now its a paper weight.

Self propelled function was not working. Returned the product at the store. Wasted trips to the store to return the product. Wasted effort to drain the fuel and oil before returning. Would not advise to buy the product.

The self propelling is way way too fast even at the slowest setting. I wonder if the design was tested. It looks like a design defect that needs to correct. I am afraid that somebody may get hurtled.

Purchasing this machine from Sam’s Club was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! The self propelled mechanism failed after a short time, took months for authorization to repair & it has failed AGAIN! Sam’s should NOT sell inferior merchandise!

I love this mower, igs has never failed me until now. Ive had it 2 years and its times to repla e the blade. Finding a replacement blade is an absolute nightmare.

I have bought two of these over the past three years. My yard is rocky and this unit takes a beating. starts quickly ,rolls well and is a great price so if you damage it your not $$$. I know tools and for a generic this thing is very impressive.

It is a great lawnmower for the first time. Have It for 2 weeks and it is great for cutting grass. It struggles to cut tall grass but overall great mower

Would love to find a replacement blade for the lawn mower. Have even tried a lawn mower shop they couldn't find a replace either. Does one even know if you can get one?

I bought this on sale about a year ago (September 2022). I used it a handful of times in 2022 for most of the 2023 mowing season. It died today after about 7-10 strips of mowing. Didn’t even last a full year. Garbage! Do not purchase!

I purchased this mower from Sams Club, it was a fantastic deal. I was excited , I actually enjoy cutting the grass. The multiple times I have used it , it has done the job. However the BAG is fair too small, I have a good sized front yard and back yard, and I was emptying the bag so often that I stopped mowing. The self Propelled feature doesnt work very well, IT's very slow and it was as tight as it would go to adjust it. I would recommend for a smaller yard.
