Decent Lawnmower, gets the job done.
This is a decent lawnmower but the first one I purchased didn't even have all of the parts included to build the mower. Returned it to the store easily and the replacement had all the required parts. Better quality control at the factory would have been nice... The "quick knobs" are a gimmick and easily fall off. Furthermore, the vibrations from the mower can loosen the nuts on the handlebars in this location. Use removable "thread locker" when building this part of the mower or else you may lose the nuts in your grass like I did the first time using it. USE NON-ETHANOL FUEL. I can not stress this enough!!! Ethanol in regular gasoline can easily ruin small engines. If you have a local marina, they use non-ethanol gas in boats for this reason. Find a local source for "boat fuel" or non-ethanol gasoline and use fuel stabilizer like Sta-Bil to keep it fresh. If you can't find ethanol-free gasoline in your area -- Home Depot does sell TruFuel which is specially formulated for 4-cycle engines.

Great Mower!
This mower is worth every penny. Starts on the first pull with no priming. I didn't care if I could hang it on the wall or not. The ony issue is, if there is one, is that it could go just a little bit faster when using the self-propelled drive. It cuts your grass perfect at this speed. Go ahead and pay the big bucks for the Hondas and Toros. This mower does just fine!
Wish I had not bought this mower
The engine is under powered. Self propelled mode is slow and direct drive, does'tt disengage quickly and causes the mower to run into things like your pop up irrigation sprinklers. The ergonomics of the engine and self-propelled bars are horrible. Can you say carpel tunnel syndrome. I wish I could return it and buy something better. I don't recommend anyone to buy this product.
Worst Service Experience
If something breaks there is no service even under warranty, they don't even know about their service centers. Their replacement part also not available in the market so you can not fix by yourself as well. My mover self propel control cable (1003007001 cable) broke and they do not have a replacement cable for last 5 months. They won't even send the part directly to you. Buying this product is just waste of time and money.

Junkity junk
Nice mower, self-propelling is good, cutting is good, folding option is good, low maintenance is great, the only problem is that it's made with REALLY, REALLY cheap materials! Build quality of the mower is TERRIBLE. Starts to slowly fall apart, literally, with pieces of mower falling off one by one until the whole thing is unusable. I have a relatively small, unremarkable yard, 0.33 acres and this thing didn't even last a year. Save your $300 and put it towards a quality product.

FED Ex Not Honest-
I own a company and I have a loading dock that is staffed full time with two people. FED Ex tracking said the lawnmower was out for delivery to our dock at 5am this morning. Tracking said they would deliver today. At 4pm I was standing at the dock with my employees and I checked FedEx tracking, which said that FedEx had tried to deliver the lawnmower at 3:59pm. This was objectively, NOT TRUE. FedEx tracking said they would try to deliver the mower the next business day. I needed the mower this weekend, now I am renting a mower. If FedEx had just said they were running behind and could not deliver, I could understand. But to not ever come to our location and then LIE and say the reason the mower was not delivered was that we were not there really makes me Angry.

Not recommend for a large yard BAG is SMALL
I purchased this mower from Sams Club, it was a fantastic deal. I was excited , I actually enjoy cutting the grass. The multiple times I have used it , it has done the job. However the BAG is fair too small, I have a good sized front yard and back yard, and I was emptying the bag so often that I stopped mowing. The self Propelled feature doesnt work very well, IT's very slow and it was as tight as it would go to adjust it. I would recommend for a smaller yard.
Thought I had a good buy but Nope!
Great price yet not a great product. Cranked on second pull out of box and ran for 2 to 3 minutes to never crank again. Most likely a problem with automatic choke system. Noticed there had been others returned to club so probably a bad batch put out by Yard Force. What a dissapointment!

RWD broke after using 3 times,Bad Customer Service
RWD broke after using the mower three times. Merotec gave me a list of repair shops in my area for repair. I delivered the mower in June to the repair shop. It is now the middle of Sept. and the repair shop is still waiting on parts from Merotec to repair my mower.

Be very cautious
I bought this mower almost exactly 2 years ago, and it ran great every time I've used it up until last Friday. Out of nowhere now, when I try to start it, it fires right up for 3 seconds, then shuts off. It sounds like the governor settings are different or something as well. I've got a new air filter, a new spark plug, fresh gas that's been treated and lubed up, and cleaned all the linkages, but nothing has helped. I'm going to try to drain the gas tank and spray clean everything one more time.
