Worst Service Experience
If something breaks there is no service even under warranty, they don't even know about their service centers. Their replacement part also not available in the market so you can not fix by yourself as well. My mover self propel control cable (1003007001 cable) broke and they do not have a replacement cable for last 5 months. They won't even send the part directly to you. Buying this product is just waste of time and money.

Do not buy unless you are a muscle man
Would not recommend. Grass catcher bag difficult to remove and replace. Does not start on the first pull as advertised do to auto choke feature. Hard to pull rope start. Must run on lowest speed and jerks as front drive wheels bounce when forward activated. Very heavy making it difficult to cut tight spaces. Speed lever hard to adjust.

Warranty process is horrible and design flaws
Mower is just a little over a year old and the self-propel cable has failed; therefore, self- propel no longer works. Basically the cable that holds the tension has a cheap rubber grommet mounted to the mower deck and over time it just breaks down and pulls through the deck (bad design). Waiting now for over 4 weeks to get a warranty review to see if they will even cover it... I wont need it until next year if it takes much longer.

Good Value
Good value if you buy it on sale. Then it's the cheapest vertical storage mower available. As far as quality it isn't a Honda or even a Toro but it doesn't cost as much as them either. The biggest issue is that it doesn't handle grass clippings that well. It blows them past the mulching plug, out the closed side discharge door, and out the front top of the rear door when the bag is attached. It also seems to pack grass clippings into the shroud around the drive belt which is probably why the self propel slows and fails so often. It isn't as good a mulcher as the twenty eight year old Craftsman mower it replaced but it is quieter and uses less fuel. The best feature is the vertical storage - it freed up lots of space in my storage shed. It won't last more than a couple of years but for the price paid that's OK.
Thank you for purchasing the Yard Force 21" Self-Propelled Mower. I appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review. The feedback you provided is very helpful as we continue to design future mowers and strive to create a best in class product. I agree about the vertical storage feature, it is a great feature that is often overlooked.
Junkity junk
Nice mower, self-propelling is good, cutting is good, folding option is good, low maintenance is great, the only problem is that it's made with REALLY, REALLY cheap materials! Build quality of the mower is TERRIBLE. Starts to slowly fall apart, literally, with pieces of mower falling off one by one until the whole thing is unusable. I have a relatively small, unremarkable yard, 0.33 acres and this thing didn't even last a year. Save your $300 and put it towards a quality product.

Junk mower 1 year old
I bought this May 23,2022. It did good the first mowing season. The end of the season we ran the gas out of the mower and stored it. Replaced the air filter, spark plug and mowed 1 time. Now it starts runs for maybe 20 seconds and dies. The 2 year warranty is a joke. They want you to pay the shipping charges to send it back to them. No one works on them where I live. So it is junk.
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our product. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do offer services in most local markets. There is a Briggs and Stratton service network we use to support our aftersales.Yard Force Customer Service and Technical Support Phone: (866) 902-9690 (Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET) -Yard Force
Great Mower!
This mower is worth every penny. Starts on the first pull with no priming. I didn't care if I could hang it on the wall or not. The ony issue is, if there is one, is that it could go just a little bit faster when using the self-propelled drive. It cuts your grass perfect at this speed. Go ahead and pay the big bucks for the Hondas and Toros. This mower does just fine!
Wish I had not bought this mower
The engine is under powered. Self propelled mode is slow and direct drive, does'tt disengage quickly and causes the mower to run into things like your pop up irrigation sprinklers. The ergonomics of the engine and self-propelled bars are horrible. Can you say carpel tunnel syndrome. I wish I could return it and buy something better. I don't recommend anyone to buy this product.
Bad quality product dont waste your money
1st one I had used on flat ground, lasted almost one summer the self propelled gears(which are plastic broke)took back got another one, this one didnt last the summer motor lock up,sams has really dropped the ball on this brand selling bad quality products I hope this is not a trend of sams will have to go shopping somewhere else

FED Ex Not Honest-
I own a company and I have a loading dock that is staffed full time with two people. FED Ex tracking said the lawnmower was out for delivery to our dock at 5am this morning. Tracking said they would deliver today. At 4pm I was standing at the dock with my employees and I checked FedEx tracking, which said that FedEx had tried to deliver the lawnmower at 3:59pm. This was objectively, NOT TRUE. FedEx tracking said they would try to deliver the mower the next business day. I needed the mower this weekend, now I am renting a mower. If FedEx had just said they were running behind and could not deliver, I could understand. But to not ever come to our location and then LIE and say the reason the mower was not delivered was that we were not there really makes me Angry.
Sorry for your FedEx delivery experience. My hope is that you will enjoy your YardForce mower purchase from Sam's Club. If you could please do me a favor and give our product review a 5 start. The rating actually goes against YardForce and not FedEx.Thank you!- YardForce
