Best mower I ever owned. I have had this for 4 years now without any problems (except that the self-propelled is too fast for me). It has never failed to start on the first pull, even the first time using that year. Great product!

i have no complaints about the product, but the customer service is horrible. Actually, that's not accurate, nonexistent is the word. i lost a bolt that caused the front of the mower to drop to the ground...3 weeks ago. i have called and I have emailed and have gotten zero response from the manufacturer

Positives: Like the upright storage.....thats it. Negatives: 1. We mow every week. this mower seems underpowered. 2. the self propelled is just poor. if you lift the rear of the mower, the wheels do turn. set the mower down and, nothing. if you give it a little push it will move forward about 2 or 3 feet and stop. 3. probably the worst part, the mower is lobsided ant there is no way to adjust the wheels individually. makes my lawn look weird. if im going to put the time int cutting the lawn, i would at least like it to look nice.

Powerful engine, steel deck,...But plastic pulley in the propulsion system, plastic bearings supporting the axles, plastic blocks connencting the lower and upper handles,..Not acceptable from durability aspect..Otherwise a great product for the price.

Great for about 6 months. Runs strong. Changing the wheel height is supper easy, starts right up still, BUT...then the Self Propel option stopped and doesn't work. This is my SECOND Yard Force in about 3 years. The first had the exact same issue, Self Propel stopped plus the spring on the part that the shoot hooks to broke on that one.

1-Year Usage Review After using this product for a year, I can say it performs well in terms of power — it’s definitely strong and gets the job done. Over time, the engine has started producing a lot of noise, which wasn’t an issue in the beginning. Clearly, this is not a long-term runner — durability becomes a concern after extended use. This lawnmower is junk. The bag is spot welded. Broke after the 3rd mow. The motor is bad after 3 lawn mowing. It chugs, and when you push it into grass, it chugs till it turns off. I was incredibly disappointed in this low quality cause my favorite color is orange.

I bought this mower at the beginning of summer and it continues to give me issues. Sometimes it runs and I can cut my front and back yards and sometimes it'll start for 30 seconds and die. I've done all the trouble shooting, checked gas and oil levels and it continues to have issues. My brother has this exact mover and also says he has trouble when his grass is too long. The power doesn't seem to be there. I will be returning and looking for one at a local hardware store, so if I have issues I won't have to call a 1-800 number and be on eternal hold.

I like it since it cuts down the time to mow compared to my push lawn mower. however, this sucka is fast, almost pulls you and I wish you could adjust the speed. the mulch bag is small so be prepared to dump it multiple times depending on your lot size. this may be by design but I think the side discharge hood sits too low to the ground when attached, because any low dips in your yard it will come off. for now, it serves it's purpose until I get my riding lawn mower.

Worst mower I ever owned. I bought this mower from Sam's on clearance last Aug, 2022, but didn't use it until May 2023. After using it 3 times the self-propelled drive stopped working. Sam's Club was great and agree to swap it for a new one. Three months later , in August, the right rear drive wheel locked up when the self-propel was NOT engaged. Bottomline: 2 mowers, 2 times the self-propel failed. Called Yard Force for service, after sending them all warrantee info, a week latter I still haven't heard back. Bad mower, bad service.
