I just love these French baguettes. I purchase one package every time I shop at Sam's, which is every week. They are always freshly baked and the price,right now, is wonderful. My husband and I usually use half of one baguette the day of purchase and the rest I slice into 4 inch pieces and freeze to use until my next shopping trip.

We found the French Baguette to be fresh and very good quality We used it as an appetizer with a freshly made cheese and wine fondue. The crust was firm and the center was nice and soft. It would also pair well with a balsamic vinegar and oil or perhaps used in bruschetta. Would definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Tough bread. I ordered this online & would've never purchased it had I seen it in the store. I wanted regular French bread, not baguettes. The only way I could use it was in baked French toast.

These were not bad but they were more like French bread ... the crust was not the crunchy, hard kind I associate with baguette bread ...think of the baguette bread at famous bread/sandwich/soup restaurant.

This bread is so versatile that it is our now “go to” bread for appetizers as well as hot meatball sandwiches and bread pudding. It is perfect for picnics as well as parties. We love it!

My mom just called me tonight very upset because the FRENCH BREAD has been discontinued. Our family had enjoyed the FRENCH BREAD ( not baguette) for YEARS!!! PLEASE BEING IT BACK!!!

It has a real Parisian texture and flavor. Pro tip: microwave it tor a few seconds to soften it up. If used to make a sandwich, will require some (garlic) butter.
