This coffee is the best. It is definitely a stronger dark roast without any hint of bitterness. It hits the spot morning or afternoon and in any capacity. I am a pour over and Aeropress (afternoons) person. It also isn't a coffee that makes you jittery either. All in all it makes for the perfect cup. After having tried almost every imaginable coffee and company, this is a go to subscription

Aloha, I live in Hawaii, and I love coffee. One of my clients from Upstate New York insisted that I MUST try Death Wish Coffee. I ordered two pounds of BEANS; however, I received ground coffee. I paid a premium for the coffee, and there was a shipping fee. I'm just too busy to call and complain, and in any case, then what, take precious time to repack it, argue over another shipping fee back to New York from Hawaii, and then pay yet another shipping fee back to Hawaii from New York. Seemed like too much hassle, so I'm drinking it in a french press, and it's decent, but I was bummed over the entire thing. I was really hoping to recommend the coffee to all my clients, and even proudly advertise the Skull decal on my Jeep. I know what I ordered, and perhaps something went wrong online, and I was not going to even use time to call.... but I just saw this email, and decided to vent.

My husband got Death Wish Coffee for the first time a few years ago for Christmas. We have been hooked ever since and he is not a huge coffee fan. We love how one cup can fuel us all day long and enjoy the taste. After tasting this coffee, all others are a disappointment. We are even gifting this to others in our family to share the best coffee we have ever tasted. Thanks for making great coffee!

Bought the Uncle Sam mug earlier this year, but no coffee. Why? How the heck should I know. Got a mystery discount in the mail, so I decided to jump off a bridge like everyone else and order coffee. Got the Death Wish/Valhalla combo pack. Couldn't decide which one to make today, so I posted on your FB page and a wonderful dude by the name of Jason something said he likes both coffees, but prefers the Valhalla, so I chose that one. Woah. My heart is beating out of my chest, and I am definitely wide awake now!!! Love a darker roast coffee, but that doesn't even truly describe the Valhalla. It's liquid amazing, and now I can't wait to get home so I can brew some of the Death Wish to try that. I will be posting on Craigslist looking for a home for my enormous quantity of K-cups, because after the Valhalla, I've realized that they are not"real coffee" and should live in someone else's house and not in mine. I bow down to you, coffee Gods! You are my master, and I am your servant.

OMG! Just got my first order. Came with beanie and scarf..cool thanks!! Was concerned with the 2.5 tbsp. per 6 ounce. Did 7tbsp for 32 ounce and it was drinkable and tastey. Reminiscent of construction coffee from the 70's. Strong and chewey! Wish I had made some bacon and eggs to with it! Was to much for the Mrs. Will dilute a tad more maybee 9 tbsp. per 12 cups tomorrow morning. Love it, grind was perfect aroma from the bag is off the hook and while brewing mmmmmmm!

We have tried both the Valhalla and the Death Wish blends and in doing so We found the key difference between the two, for Us that is. Although they are both delicious and We absolutely love both blends, the occasion in which each blend is called for is very different. The Death Wish is 100% the"Get Up and Go" &"Pep in Your Step" blend for the early morning work week. The Valhalla is more of the"Weekend Brunch" &"Family Gathering" blend that gives You the ability to maintain the relaxing atmosphere, but gives You that warmth and smile that can only be found in a cup of amazing coffee.

I recently had a combination that will make your year!! Take a handful of Death Wish coffee and spread it out on a large plate. Then take a large Cowboy rib steak and after thawing it out place it on the plate and push the steak onto the coffee completely covering the steak with grounds, do it all the sides of the steak. Then throw it on a hot grill and cook it while flipping the steak often, the outside will have a crust to it but the inside will be very rare in the middle. It will look black on the outside, pink on the inside . . .The first bite will have you hooked. BEST combination in the world, great steak and you will be wired the rest of the day!!!!!

Pretty good coffee,not sure my taste bud's are refined enough to fully appreciate the subtle under tones. I do however enjoy not having to run to the store early in the morning to get coffee because I was too lazy to stop on the way home. Nothing like getting up early in the morning only to discover there is no coffee. That doesn't happen now.

My husband and I absolutely love the flavor of death wish coffee. The boldness in. It and the smoothness. It's not bitter like some coffees we have tried. It has a richness of flavor but also has that pep of caffeine we need in the mornings to get our day going. We absolutely love it. We call it the perfect coffee. Our slice of heaven.

I seen this coffee on Twitter and just had to try it. So I ordered a bag just to see how it was. Just got it today and immediately fired up the coffee pot. This coffee is the best coffee I've ever had! Can't wait to take it to work tomorrow! Will definitely be ordering more!
