Honestly, this coffee is the reason I was able to get through both midterms and finals. It's REALLY strong and gets the job done easily; pulling an all-nighter for a huge test? Get off of work at 3am and have to go to classes immediately after? Easy peasy, I brew up a few cups, drink it down, and I'm good to go for the rest of the day. This coffee has saved my butt more times than I could admit.

Halfway through my first cup I noticed my eyeballs moved faster. It cleared the morning grogg, cobwebs or whatever you call it. I also noticed that two cups held me through the day. No need for a 2-4:00 coffee break. I wound down in the evening and slept great. The taste tasted like good coffee. No bitter back taste. We subscribe and will continue too

I have been a member of the Society of Strong Coffee for a few months now, and I am still impressed and excited each time I open a fresh bag of Death Wish Coffee. The beans always look great and smell amazing. I drink it every day since I have a long, and early morning, commute, and it helps keep me sharp. Keep up the awesome work! \m/

The smell was strong from the moment I opened the bag which was great I love the design and that I got a sticker with it but my sticker was a bit scuffed not bad at all though still love it! I just received my first death wish coffee. Don't get me wrong I love it and I tried it all 3 ways ..black first then with a pinch of sugar then a dash of cream. It is a smooth coffee not near what I expected much better you can taste the caffeine however it has a small after taste that i don't care for leaves a bite on your tongue that stays there the whole time I feel it takes away from how good this coffee is. I really want to be a loyal customer to this company because I love it just a little sad about the after taste for this blend it leaves behind. I haven't gotten a kick or boost yet though and I had two cups already! I made another 2 cups but this time I mixed a little of another coffee in the filter to try to take away from the after taste. I feel a difference from this over the folgers I was drinking though! I usually like a lot of creamer and sugar in my coffee but with this coffee I don't need near as much!!! I will give it a few days or week before I add to the review for my tastebuds!

The coffee tastes great! It's very smooth and lacks that unappealing bitterness that most coffees have. Although they aren't kidding about the amount of caffeine in their product, I didn't feel the effects as much as I anticipated. I'm not sure if it's just my body's reaction to caffeine or what. I will say that the presence of caffeine is much stronger than other coffees I have consumed. Overall, this is a great product! I would definitely recommend at least trying it out.

Excellent coffee, as per usual. The only issue that I have is why is it that shipping to a street address is free but to a USPS PO Box is not, when you are shipping USPS priority mail anyway? I have an issue with porch pirates so I prefer getting my mail at my PO box instead of at my house.

My husband purchased a bag of this coffee at our local grocery store. We were excited to try this coffee. My first sip and all that I could feel was disappointment. The taste is bitter, stale and almost burnt tasting. This coffee is not one of the better ones for costing as much as it does. I'll stick with my Dunkin Donuts.

I'm a member of a 12 step program, and my sponsor warned me that if I sampled this coffee, I would need a white chip. Sure enough. After a single pot of this coffee, I found myself stealing and selling myself on the street corner, just to get the next pound. After a few months of this hopeless degrading condition, I had to enter Rehab. They tell me I can never use coffee again, but I feel I can control the addiction next time.

Some of the best dark roast I’ve ever tried. I’m a dark roast lover, but I’m also picky about my dark roast. This stuff is FANTASTIC! You can definitely taste the chocolate Lu notes, and it pair very well with a scoop of hot chocolate! This is a must-try

I'm a school bus driver and not a morning person. My mornings start VERY early before the sun EARLY! This stuff is my saving grace it's strong but so so smooth and delicious I actually drink it black because I genuinely enjoy the flavor! No bitter after taste never tastes weird or burnt. From a not so morning person with a job that is vital to have precise focus I thank you!
