My sister gave us some death wish coffee as a gift last year. I was a tea drinker until I tried death wish coffee. Now I can't survive without it in the morning. It is strong, smooth and not at all bitter like most dark coffees tend to be. If you don't like coffee, death wish will change your mind.

I love this coffee. It has such a smooth flavor for being extra caffeinated, I guess that is due to it being organic. The aroma is pleasurable and it miss leads you to think its gonna be just another coffee until the second cup then it will let you know. The coffee packs a punch but a nice flavor. I ground some and shared it with some neighbors and i believe they will be buying some soon.

If you want coffee that wakes you up with no crash and doesn’t taste bitter. This is the bag to get… I got the dark roast and I’m more energized throughout the day and focused and yet I’m still able to sleep at night, I do not get any jitters or shakes from it When you buy this stuff I highly doubt you’ll buy anything else unless it’s made by death wish Thank You 🤙😜☠️💀👌

This coffee is the best. It is definitely a stronger dark roast without any hint of bitterness. It hits the spot morning or afternoon and in any capacity. I am a pour over and Aeropress (afternoons) person. It also isn't a coffee that makes you jittery either. All in all it makes for the perfect cup. After having tried almost every imaginable coffee and company, this is a go to subscription

I wish they would improve the bags the coffee comes in. One used to be able to open them by hand, but now the adhesive is so tight one my completely cut away the part of the bag at the top glued together with scissors. This leaves very little to seal the bag once you get some coffee out of it. Then that wire strip used to be very well glued to the bag, but the adhesive there is pitifully weak and it comes loose within 2 or 3 days so you have to keep track of it to reseal the bag after getting coffee. I bet Deathwish could do better. That's why only 4 stars - the less than it was when I first started buying packaging.

The dark roast is my preferred coffee. Its smooth, no bitterness and holds up well as I often find that I have dozed off or gotten busy and still have half a pot or so that needs consumed after several hours. Long hours and yet I can still get a good little kick to keep going from it!

I recently purchased your Chemex brewing ensemble. In reading the brochure, they state that the coffee/water ratio is one tablespoon of corse grounds to five ounces of water. Starbucks, with its' weaker roast, recommends two tablespoons of grounds for every six ounces of water. What is the recommendations of the fine individuals at DWCC? Are the ratios different between the DeathWish Coffee and the Valhalla Java roasts? I work overnights, so I need something that will keep me going. This coffee keeps me wide awake all night long on just one cup. With other coffees I go back to the machine every couple of hours, but not with death wish. This is now the only coffee I will drink. Thanks for creating a great product.

This was the first one I tried when I found this coffee. I fell in love with the flavor & caffeine level. I couldn't believe how affordable it was. This company doesn't jack their price up, definitely a great price for the flavor & caffeine level. Have tried others, but always came back. Will not be buying anymore, this is my coffee! Love trying their new flavors they come out with!

I started with Dark Roast coffee with my first subscription in 2016, Last year I decided to change to the Medium Roast when it became available for subscribers. Recently I returned to the Dark Roast because it seems to give me more of that kick in the ass I need - so far so good. I love Death Wish coffee, especially the Dark Side.
