Death Wish is a great coffee when it is fresh, yet it appears they have broken away from the norm and started using a lesser quality of coffee. It appears to have more oil in it when brewed. Any time I see oil residue floating on top of my brewed coffee. It is time to start looking for a better blend of beans. Doesn’t have the same quality as it was rated for. I have been drinking this since its start up and the quality has gone way down. Can’t get a decent bloom anymore.

Great dark roast beans! Love the smell of these beans from first bag open, to grinding, to brewing. The taste of these as a pour over is perfection.
