Dark roast is the best. A real kick in the flannels in the morning, yet not harsh just full of flavor. Nice but strong - I find myself shaving more.

Tried many different coffees then tried Death Wish and truly love the taste. Great coffee for the price.

Love This Coffee

Death Wish is a great coffee when it is fresh, yet it appears they have broken away from the norm and started using a lesser quality of coffee. It appears to have more oil in it when brewed. Any time I see oil residue floating on top of my brewed coffee. It is time to start looking for a better blend of beans. Doesn’t have the same quality as it was rated for. I have been drinking this since its start up and the quality has gone way down. Can’t get a decent bloom anymore.

A five am wake-up for my wife's job necessitated a new alternative for my night owl spouse. My search began by sourcing eight dark roast coffees and comparing them.  The complex flavours and caffeine content enabled me to get her on the road for her commute with a satisfying kick. We are happy to consider it our new favourite.
