As a trainer of troops I believed that part of the lackluster energy they were experiencing in the morning was because of nasty ass DFAC coffee. I started ordering this coffee, and one of the Capt's let me know his tongue went numb and he heard buzzing noises in his head. I let him know that drinking manly coffee can do that. Now I have created 15 new DW coffee addicts like myself and this is literally given me the status of caffeine god. Don't worry though, I am a benevolent coffee deity.

I'm not normally a fan of bold coffee but I've found that I truly enjoy the taste of Death Wish coffee. It's a very robust, warming but not overwhelming flavor. Bitterness is nearly non existent. I find myself reaching for this coffee in the morning over my other options frequently and truly enjoying every last cup. Perhaps this sounds canned or corny but I'm quite pleased with the flavor as I really wasn't expecting much initially. As a side note I've also ordered a couple of their ceramic mugs and found them to be of a very high quality. I ordered a Christmas ornament and sadly it arrived broken. The company promptly responded to my email and replaced the item. They've earned my business and I'm thankful to my co-worker for alerting me to this company and their products.

The aroma for starters is powerful and strong, that’s really all you need to know about this coffee. If you need to know more the taste is so good and strong with freshness in every sip. I have no photos but if you can picture a windmill outside my window, snow all over the ground, beautiful big hills, and a roaring fireplace, your favorite chair to your view and a hot cup of dark roast death wish coffee, then you can see what I see and taste what I taste.

I had the pleasure of drinking this coffee for the first time today , and let me say, wow. I have a very high tolerance for caffeine so I was extremely impressed with how much this coffee woke me up. The flavor is exquisite, and it's so powerful that I can now hear colors. My new favorite coffee of all time.

The Espresso roast was the only coffee in my daughter's cupboard after driving through the night with only 2 hours sleep and by the time I was 3/4 of the way through the 1st cup(a sip, followed by a gulp, followed by a long sip), I was a convert. All other coffee faded into the nether, I had found a coffee that I could worship. And I'm a Dutch Bros 911 kinda girl. Over the next few days, every cup lived up to the perfection of the first. I raved about it so much to my husband, he couldn't wait to try it. I bought a bag as soon as I got back home, and now we are both devotees. We both love the dark, rich flavor, and the low acidity is a bonus. My husband especially has a a hard time with darker roasts, but this coffee sits remarkably well on the stomach. It packs a punch as well. Thank you, Death Wish Coffee Company, you have created the perfect coffee that I can make myself.

I ordered this coffee without any expectations or prior knowledge of the product. I don't normally write reviews, but these guys have really knocked it out of the park with this blend. For ANYONE looking for a strong, rich-flavored, and ultimately delicious coffee - Death Wish Coffee is for you. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!!!! Will definitely order again.

My first order was a 5lb bag of DWC from them early in 2013 when I was over in Afghanistan as a medic. At that point I was drinking 2 pots of coffee a day. Though that is not recommended. This is the best coffee I have found, full of flavor, smooth, always black, and I've never looked back since. I've been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and continue to do so. This is THE most amazing coffee EVER! I'm a night shift nurse and I've struggled to find something to keep me awake, give me energy and keep me focused. Death Wish coffee does all that AND never gives me the"caffeine jitters" that all the other coffees do. No crash and burn! I used to buy only Starbuck's coffee grounds for home, after 1 cup of this coffee, there's no going back! Bold flavor, extreme caffeine, no bitterness, NO APOLOGIES!!!!

I'll be honest, I'm spoiled. I will not drink any coffee other than DW unless absolutely necessary. There's no bitterness or nasty after coffee taste. I love my coffee strong and it doesn't take as much DW as regular coffee so I'm saving money, plus DW will wind your watch. I love my DW.

I absolutely love Death Wish Coffee! It has the full bodied taste that you rarely get from other brands, short of a true respected coffee house who knows that they're doing. I am now on my second order and I have never been happier with the simplicity and bone shakingly punch from this miracle in a cool box.
