Using the dial was a little confusing at first :-) Hubby loves the Air Fryer option ( I love not having 2 seperate units!! ). Back side vent of the unit sticks out more than wanted (3.5in) (counter space wise). Inside space spacious enough for me 13 x 13.. The little microwavable cardboard covering inside vent - through me off ( should mention in unpacking instructions- to remove or not ). Design is nice! Digital part is large enough to see without cheaters. Option buttons are easy to see.

This is a best Microwave I have bought. It has the function combination of microwave, air fryer, and oven. Heating my lunchbox takes just two minutes with microwave function. I love the design of it which makes it super easy to operate. I love the led display as well which makes it look very different! I like how it comes with the accessories and a detailed booklet that explains everything we get to know.

We purchased the PowerXL Microwave Air Fryer Plus when we moved into our new residence on 06/04/21. The turntable (which is the glass plate) broke on 07/05/21. My husband was using the bake function to cook frozen fries and we heard a loud sound, like the breaking of glass. The turntable apparently broke in half while cooking. Tristar took all of our info and said someone would contact us. But we have no idea when this will happen. Product is useless without a turntable.

It is small inside, it is very hard to clean the back inside wall(I clean as soon as it cools down with soap and water, and now the back wall looks to be permanently stained) , instructions were a little iffy, the times and preset menu are not accurate when used(either shorten or add time), wish there were more than 7 recipes and that you had an actual cookbook to use for this appliance. The air fryer rack does not allow for much to be placed on it, thus meaning you have to cook in segments and I'm a family of 2. Reason for purchasing was former microwave broke during a power surge. I had wanted an air fryer and thought: why not purchase this item (2 in 1) and save counter space.

Read a lot of reviews before purchasing. Decided to try it. Got a great price and it works great. I've used all of the options except baking and it works great! It did take a few times to figure out the directions for each process and it is nice. The air fryer option is not as fast as my stand alone air fryer but it does cook better. I would suggest it.

I love it. Great for my grand son to warm up his food or melt the cheese on his sandwich. The air fryer is perfect. Takes a little longer, but not a problem for me. Their chicken nuggets and fries are crispy. Just remember to flip the food over for the other side too crisp. Made nice turkey drum stick too Although I did boil the drum stick for about 30 mins before placing them in the broiler. They were good.

Not great quality product. Order this item and came in dented on the side. The replacement they provided was not working properly. The fan that provides the convection when the item is being used grinds a lot, and you can hear metal to metal hitting. As time goes by it gets worse and sound like the fan is going to take off.

Disappointing microwave took twice as long. Took 22 minutes to airfry pork chops but they were good. 40 min to airfry frozen chicken breasts and not browned at all. 20 min for fries. Had to turn food halfway but tray wires are far apart and food kept falling through and little room to get in there and turn food. Very poor instructions and no recipes, but most recipes you find online are for basket fryers. Took it back.

I am not impressed at all!!!! It takes forever to air fry. I did pizza rolls the other night and it still took the full time as it would in the oven. I thought the idea of all in 1 is awesome but not impressed at all. I am actually going to return mine because I hate it that bad.
