The first one I purchased at Walmart overheated and shut off after using the air fryer. I tried different times and different temperature settings but it still shut off. I returned it and purchased another one. Same thing happened but this one became so hot it took about 15 - 20 minutes to cool down! I did call the company to ask about this issue and they said it shouldn't happen. I also followed all the guidelines for space around the unit. Very disappointed. I really liked the way it cooked and I wanted to get rid of some of the countertop appliances! I plan trying another brand.

Bought because our microwave stopped working. This microwave unit, although rated at same power as old machine, takes longer to thaw and warm foods than old machine. This requires a new learning curve for use. The bake and air-fry functions seem to work well. My only concern is all functions are dependent on the "dial." If this breaks, the unit will be unusable and require repair.

I was a bit disappointed. The unit works fine, BUT the timer works in 5 second intervals until you get to 1 minute, then it is 10 second intervals. This irritating problem is for both Microwave and Air-Fryer. I haven't used the Broiler. It would be nice to know how long the time is and the temperature for the shortcuts. I went with the PowerXL as I have and love their PowerXL Smokeless Indoor Grill.

I love this product. I do not understand why after using the air fryer it wants to shut down for like five minutes and then it comes back on again. If I wanted to extend the minutes that would not work out right until I waited my time out. But otherwise I love this appliance

We've only been using this for a week, but we really like it. The only thing I would have liked differently is that you can't set the microwave on less than 30 seconds, but I can live with that. The pricing and functionality are wonderful, and it came quickly and ready to use! Already two different friends are going to get one.

I am sure the efficiency of the product is good, but the placement of the Cook choices is inconvenient. To see which cook method to use I have to turn on a light and bend down to see. It should be illuminated as the time is and better placement for sure

Not great quality product. Order this item and came in dented on the side. The replacement they provided was not working properly. The fan that provides the convection when the item is being used grinds a lot, and you can hear metal to metal hitting. As time goes by it gets worse and sound like the fan is going to take off.

I love the versatility, I removed three appliances off my counter to replace with one, HUGE space saver. However, the power of the microwave is not as strong as our stand alone unit. A bit of a learning curve if you are not used to using your microwave menu buttons. But I found them fairly user friendly. Overall I'm very happy.

I'm removing my over-the-range microwave so this definitely suits my needs as the replacement. It is very spacious and I specifically love the air fry function. I use it to fry French fries, chicken nuggets, bacon....etc. The food don't get overcooked or too dried. My whole family uses it on a daily basis so it's worth every penny for sure.

The PowerXL Microwave Air Fryer Plus is a keeper in my house! We have literally replaced our traditional microwave with this one and there is no looking back!! It is super easy to use and my kids can use it to cook things that a traditional microwave could not. My 18-year-old loves the fact that he is able to cook more than 1 thing at a time in this unit.
