I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about this product. We have had hours for several months and I have zero complaints, except for maybe the amount of clearance that it requires, but I understand why it needs that. If you are looking for an appliance that is an all-in-one, then this is a great option to eliminate multiple small appliances sitting on your counter. So glad we took the plunge and purchased this.

Quality control? I bought 2 of these from Walmart and both were defective. Microwave worked just fine but if you used the bake or air fryer function the unit would shut down every time. When I say shut down I mean like you unplugged the whole unit. It would then take 15 to 30 minutes for the unit to come back to life only to shut down again if you used the bake or air fryer. Buy at your risk but I'm tired of reboxing this to return it. Never a PowerXL product again for me.

After six months it developed a short and will blow any circuit breaker in my house. I have tried it with nothing else plugged in and it still trips it. Microwave function works well for a couple of months, then it intermittently works. Air fryer is horrible and it takes as long as my oven to cook things.

I purchased this product two years ago. The glass tray broke during normal operations of the unit. Literally cracked during operations following instructions. Tried to purchase a replacement tray and they do not have them available, which tells me this has happened to many others. They will not replace the unit and the extended warranty purchased from Sam's Club also refuses replacement. The item is not usable without the rotating tray.

I just bought it for a month and had it returned. The glasses split into two pieces during baking. The oven was extremely hot after using baking or air fryer. The microwave function is also not powerful, it sometimes took up four minutes to just heat up the soup evenly.

So Far, everything I've air-fried has turned out just as good as any other air fryer I've used. The microwave and convection oven work great. The controls take some getting use too, but I adjusted fast. Overall, this appliance is exactly what I was looking for.

Works great as an oven as a toaster oven would. Broiler works evenly as it turns the whole time it cooks. Microwave works great and the plate doesn't get hot! Love it for a toaster, oven and microwave. And it has an air fryer if you want. I have never found a air fryer that works for me, so I did not try it yet. My microwave and toaster broke and this is the perfect replacement, taking up only one counter space instead of two separate spots. Thank you

Microwave works okay. Oven is not impressive it does heat evenly but takes a long time to warm up. When baking a cake or cookies it takes longer than using an actual oven (even after preheating). The main reason we bought this was for the air fryer feature and it sucks. Nothing gets crispy and once again it takes forever! We've tried the pre programmed options and manually and it is a major fail. At this price point it is definitely not worth it. Wish I would have bought the ninja foodi instead.

I have had the powerxl airfryer microwave for a a year. The airfryer function never lived up to my expectations. It took longer to crisp up compared to my smaller countertop airfryer and never did fries and appetizers as good. As a microwave it worked well though I didn't like that you couldn't just put something in for 10 seconds minimum tune is 30 seconds. Setting different powers is not easy. The countertop oven function works well but none of my baking sheets fit they are too big. Last week my microwave plate broke in two while in use. The plate is an integral part of the microwave function because if it doesn't turn it 8ver cooks in one spot. I called the manufacturer and they told me they don't have the part that broke. I got my unit warrantied through my purchased extended warranty. All and all very disappointed and I will be placing my old microwave back into service.

Purchased this XL microwave because we loved their air fryer. Had it less than six months and it just stopped working. For the price I expected it to last. I spent a quarter of the price for a microwave that had lasted for several years. Just disappointed.
