Microwave seems to work like it should. Only used the air fryer ones. Will continue using it. It is very easy simple to operate. I really like that.

don't ever buy it it don't work as good as a plain air fryer or a conventional oven it's a piece of crap makes it loud noise not impressed at all not worth it it's even the name brand

it's noisy! Doesn't heat as fast as my last 1100 W Micro! Haven't tried the air fryer yet.... Not bad, but expected a more "WOW" experience!! Especially for the price

Great Product

We've had this unit for about a year and it progressively keeps getting worse. After 5 minutes, it didn't even defrost the ice around our frozen brussel sprouts. It takes about 8 minutes to steam a cereal size bowl of broccoli. Super frustrating. It worked fine when we bought it, but it is definitely not a long term unit. I would just buy an air fryer unit seperate. The air fryer isn't any better than the microwave. Bummer.

It lasted for 7 months before it died completely after very light use. I bought this product September 1st 2021. It is September 24th 2022 and it's broken. The turntable inside will not stop spinning. It turns constantly no matter if the door is open or closed or it's heating or not. I called the manufacturer and it's got a 1 year warranty. We are literally 3 weeks past the 1 year mark. Nothing they will do. I called sams and they're “100% satisfaction guarantee” is only good for 90 days. This microwave was $200, and it lasted just long enough to go out of warranty. Don't buy it!!

Very happy

I bought this 5 months ago and I'm just very disappointed with the air fryer and oven feature. If you never had an air fryer it might be ok but does a really poor job of air frying and I'm seldom pleased with the oven. Finally gave up and ordered a new microwave and this is going to the goodwill.
