I have never seen any other 4k TV's in person, but I have always had really good products from LG. I just wish that they had a eazy picture set up mode like they did on my old HD TV, it took me like 3 or 4 days to get it how I liked.

Especially like the web brouser so I can watch my webinars. My old TV was an LG, 10yrs old and still views well. Just wanted an upgrqade.

This TV has great features but some I still haven’t figure them out. I’ve looked at the instructions and still cannot do it. One day the audio didn’t wanna play. I Spent a few days without turning it on to see if it reset itself. It did, but I still don’t know what happened.

I would be at five stars but one time turning it on the picture had all these squiggly jagged lines around people faces the background thru out the picture. l turned off and on the tv didn't help. I unpluged the tv and plunged it back and the lines went away and the picture seemed to be clearer. Never had the problem since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a previous LG TV for almost 12 years and it works great! We just wanted an upgrade. We figured LG is the best so we got this one now. It’s nice but very cumbersome connecting to WiFi. I tried everything except for sacrificing my offsprings for the WiFi to work and yet it does not. The TV is great the only issue is the connection to WiFi- thus far. I have my modem less than 2 feet away so that’s the the issue. If you want a nice TV then it’s good but smart TV? Not sure on that one.

Love my smart TV, which is my very first. I had read hundreds of reviews by independent Consumer Reports, and LG products seem to be rated at the top of their lists.
