[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is loaded with features. In fact it most likely has more features than I will ever use. It took me a while to navigate through all of the settings to get the picture set to my viewing preference. I have it done and I have a great picture. I have been exploring the apps and the available apps will probably allow me to retire the Roku box that I have attached to the TV. This is a great TV with the features consumers are seeking at this time. The price was perfect too.

I bought this tv 6 weeks ago and it is the worst purchase I have made. It won’t turn on half the time, if it does “turn on” the screen is just black. So I have to restart it and pray it actually turns on. I never knew it would be so difficult to watch a tv. I don’t recommend anyone buy this television. Not worth the hassle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the LG 55 inch tv for a few weeks. It was easy to set up with the onscreen prompts. The sound is much improved from the last tv I had this LG replace. Picture quality is awesome. I’m hooked on LG TVs from here on out!!

The volume limiting feature for excessive loud shows or commercials is a welcome feature addition our other TV does not offer. Great work LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased a 50 inch TV to replace one that suddenly started showing purple lines on the screen. This is a beautiful set and has a great picture quality to it. Sound is good, but may invest in a sound bar. Overall a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the sharp and crisp picture especially for sports events. Makes it feel like your almost there. The thin design and thin bezel makes it less obtrusive on the wall so it blends in with the rest of the room. We do have a sound bar but I didn't hook it up because the speakers are really good. Love my TV.

Only problem is that the sound cuts out when commercials switch to regular programs. Only occurs with Sound Bar connected. Sound Bar was fine on old TV.

I purchased 3 for my kids and now finally for myself. I bought an LG 50 inch smart TV two weeks ago and The kaleidoscope of spectacular distinctive colors on my TV makes me rush home to watch TV. I also connected my DVD player since my last TV’s HDMI connection stopped working after five years. I am hoping for longevity as well as beauty on my LG TV.

All my current TVs in my home are LG so I really trusted the brand. This one didn’t disappoint! It has a nice picture and sound and nice features. I also bought the magic remote and love it with this tv. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this set for around a month now. Even after watching for a month, I'm still amazed by the crispness and sharpness of color. I was a bit disappointed at first when, even after customizing the picture features, the picture was still very dark. I stumbled upon the energy saving "feature" and disabled it - bam! Beautiful, bright, clear picture. Connecting to the internet, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. is very very simple - press one button! The only disappointment has been the viewing angle - that LG touted to be excellent. Mehh. When viewing from "my chair" at around 8 feet and 45 degrees +/-, it's "OK". Anything beyond 45 degrees and the picture disappears. But, when viewing straight-on from around 7 feet, the picture is excellent. It's so crisp, clear, and sharp that even old movies that were filmed appear to be video taped, there's so much fine detail, etc. It's almost distracting at first.
