Love this blend! Use it on salads and pasta dishes.

The product itself is delicious. But a 5lb bag of cheese should be resealable!

I purchased this on January 31st. It is dated for Apri 20th. Today, March 4th, it is molding. It is stored in a ziploc slider freezer storage bag, in my refrigerator.

My 4 kids love to melt this on homemade pizzas! The blend is tasty and a great melty texture. The only downside is that it seems to go bad quickly, and with 3 teens in the house we go through food faster than most people. We have to freeze it in small ziplocks.

This is an awesome blend and my entire family loves it, but it spoils way too fast. I recommend freezing in portions immediately after opening.
