We separate and freeze in freezer bags and it still keeps a great taste

This Marcella cheese was perfect for topping my squash Casserole and a lasagna dish!...i truly enjoy the economy size and easy to keep inthe freezer too.

I use with my pizza because cheese. I get this at the local Sam's but it is not available in many of the club locations. I always go to get this cheese for my pizza. It has the best taste and is not as stringy as just mozzarella.

The product itself is delicious. But a 5lb bag of cheese should be resealable!

Was good first day, when I went to place in containers to freeze five days later, the bottom of the bag was moldy. Bag was never left out of the refrigerator. Must have come from the store that way.

The blend is great but it expired in a very short time. I suggest u check freezer things for dates!!

I have NO IDEA WHY I keep buying this cheese!! Unless I make casseroles, etc with it and put them in the freezer right away, this cheese ALWAYS gets MOLDY when the "USE BY" date is 2 months away!! I just bought this when I shopped the first part of September. The bag says " Use by NOVEMBER 20th!!!!!
