Always ultra soft

Great Price!!

We have been using this product for years. After searching through many and trying to find the best product to provide comfort to my wife's illness, we settled on Charmin Ultra Soft. We tried the Ultra Strong but it was slightly difficult on our sewer lines, but we have never had any problems with Ultra Soft. Thank you for this product and continuing to improve it. PS. We are a big fan of the Bounty printed Select-a-Size paper towels.

I wanted to like it, I really did. I had not bought Charmin as an adult. I always buy the POM brand. But, I remembered Charmin being super soft and it is. I love the the paper feels. What I did not like is that it leaves a lot of residue behind. As thick as it is it falls apart. But ended up having to use wipes after the tp since I didnt feel clean after all the residue. Not to mention that I would also need it in tp residue in my undies. I was very dissapointed . I will go to what I used before and will never buy Charmin again.

Charmin "soft" has been our choice for years, but recently the quality is less than we've come to expect. Each square is obviously thinner than it was just a couple of years ago. Wish it was possible to compare the total weight of a large package from 2-3 years ago, to the weight of the same # of rolls today. I'm willing to bet the thickness has decreased 25-30%.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft, for many years. It's the softest toilet paper and Sam's offers the best price. Like others, I have noticed the toilet paper has been shrinking in size and by how much you get on each roll. What I find interesting is that the Charmin company seems to believe consumers are too stupid to notice. So it's a matter of either accepting the "shrinkage" or buying another brand. My approach to the situation is that I switch in-between buying Charmin and the Members Mark toilet paper. True, Members Mark isn't as soft, but it's a decent alternative. You get more on each roll, you get bigger sheets, and you get more in the package for a lower price.

What is going on? This is not Ultra Soft. This scratchy and not good. It's also a smaller role. I will not pay up for Ultra Soft when it's not the same product. Please take this low end product back to Sams Club if you receive it. We need to let them know this is awful.

As with other companies. Charmin has decided to give you less for your dollar. The paper is no longer square, and instead has decided to go with a wave cut. Which may not seem like much, but over the long term you're getting a less toilet paper per roll. Which would be fine if the price went down. But of course the price didn't go down! They're charging you more, for less. Which makes me all the more happy that I purchased a bidet. Which means I'm only using TP to dry myself, not clean. Do yourself a favor. Buy a bidet and save hundreds of dollars a year on TP. You'll also put less stress on the sewer system and/or septic tank.

Super sad, I had an older roll in the bottom of our tp rack and HOLY CATS the size difference is CRAZY yet they state that its EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE, Now I wish I would have taken a picture of the discrepancy, FUNNY, how the price does not reflect these smaller roll size, WEIRD, I guess they thought we would not notice.
