Safe seems solid, good weight to it, still working on adding additional lock codes which is nice. Interior bigger than I thought it was going to be...

The handle seems to be made with cheap plastic so we feel that we cannot put a too much weight on the handle. The other parts of the safe seem strong. It is easy to program.

This unit is the same size that I had, but could not get the last one to open. I also own an older model and have had no issues with it. The interior light is a nice feature.

Good product. Solid and secure. It was easy to install and setup. The handle could be better. If it was made of metal it would the device a more solid feel. The current handle gives one the impression that it might break.

Fire and water resistant safe with plenty of space for my documents and a useful drawer for smaller items such as jewellery. It also has compartments on the inside of the door for easy access to items such as passports and spare keys.

Good fire resistance and secure. I would like to see more clear markings on the safe as to whereto drill the mounting holes. It appears that the two holes are not symmetrical and the literature does not mention this.

Came with bolts to secure to floor. Easy to operate. Heavy enough can't be picked up easily. Has mini light inside to see in the dark. Nice hooks on door for keys. Top shelf slides out for easy access. Not too big and great for what I wanted. Is fire and water safe.

Arrived with a large dent in the rear of the safe not sure how that will effect the fire retardant capacity of the safe. The box nor the styrofoam inside was damaged so not sure when damage occurred. It’s also very heavy which is why I haven’t returned it.

Purchased to replace 50 year old safe with raggedy tumbler had to do battle with to get to open so forced to leave old safe unlocked. What was the use of even having it? Am thrilled with new safe as it allows wife and I to have separate combos we can easily remember without writing down where can easily be compromised.

I looked at a number of safes on a number of websites and ultimately picked this one because I wanted an electronic combination instead of a dial combination. I am moderately satisfied with the safe. I had hoped I was getting one in which I could hand standard sized hanging folders. This turned out to be NOT the case. Therefore, I changed my storage approach, put my papers into large, sealable plastic bags, and then was able to storw them in the safe. I also made a mistake by looking at the picture of the interior and seeing a set of keys. I thought the keys were for the safe. They were not. The safe does NOT have a secondary locking system that uses a key. Overall, for the price I paid, it was decent value but I would have preferred one that also had a key lock and could handle hanging folders.
