Fried eggs don’t dare stick to the surface—even sunny side up eggs just slide right off and onto the plate. The generous size means I can fry 4 eggs at once, speeding up cooking time for feeding a crowd. Also enjoy using this pan as a sauce pan. The higher walls enable me to simmer several quarts of sauce. Overall, an incredibly versatile pan that just works really well.

So far nothing sticks to them! I use a little avocado oil and I have been making breakfast crunch wraps by the dozen . The tortillas are perfectly browned and delicious! And they don’t stick ! Clean up is so easy with these pans also!

Very happy would purchase more from this brand . The Hard-Anodized Induction Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid is wonderful. My food doesn’t stick and heats up evenly. I left food in it after I cooked one time, because I was so tired. The next evening it was so easy to wash, no scrubbing!!! Would definitely recommend. I will purchase another one!
